There we bought electric bikes last year 2 then other Danes bought 3-5 bikes of the same last year and 4 this year and all were at Camping Slavoj in Litomerice.
S	Sabinka Šarayova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, chci se s vámi podělit o spatnou zkusenost s autokelly: Před půl rokem jsem mel poruchu na vozidle bmw, kde bylo mechanikem zjištěno praskla řemenice, s mechanikem jsem se dohodl na opravě případně vyměnit díly tím spojené, následně mechanik při kompletní prohlídce zjistil, že je potřeba vyměnit jen tu prasklou řemenice, vodici kladky a klimakompresor jsou meneny cca 1rok zpet, tudiz nepotřebuji znovu měnit, takže mechanik objednal řemenice v autokelly, kterou mi odborně vyměnil, netrvalo ani ne půl roku a řemenice mi praskla znova, takže se dala reklamovat do autokelly Litoměřice, kde ji zpět mechanikovi vrátili a reklamaci neuznali, dokonce nařkli mechanika za neodbornou práci, dále mu sdělili že se musí vždy řemenice měnit pouze v sadě jako jsou vodici kladky atd, mechanik rekl ze to musí vyreklamovat i bez kompletní sady výměny, zkontaktovat jsem značkové odborné servisy i znalecký posudek, všichni uznali ze autokelly musí díl vyreklamovat, opět jsem apelovat o kontaktování pobočky autokelly Litoměřice, aby ji vyreklamovali, jenze přestali komunikovat, dokonce mi volal přímo prodejce z pobočky, začal me urážet a ze nic nedostanu a ať se s nima klidně soudím, docela mě tohle jednání zklamalo a nechci už mít z touhle prodejnou nic mit, tato ma zkusenost by měla být pro všechny, aby si uvědomili od koho zboží kupuji, s pozdravem Sabina Hello, I want to share with you a bad experience with autocells: Half a year ago I had a breakdown in a BMW vehicle, where the mechanic found a broken pulley, I agreed with the mechanic to repair or replace the parts connected, then the mechanic found out during a complete inspection that it is necessary to replace only the cracked pulley, the guide pulleys and the air conditioning compressor are changed about 1 year back, so I do not need to change again, so the mechanic ordered pulleys in autocells, which professionally replaced me, less than half a year and the pulley broke again, so had it complained to the Litoměřice car dealership, where it was returned to the mechanic and the complaint was not accepted, they even accused the mechanic of unprofessional work, they also told him that the pulleys must always change only in a set such as guide pulleys, etc., the mechanic said exchanges, I contact branded professional services and expert opinion, all recognized from the autocell must advertise the part, again, I appeal for contacts the Litoměřice car dealership branch to advertise it, they just stopped communicating, the salesman from the branch even called me directly, he started insulting me and I wouldn't get anything from it , this experience should be for everyone to realize from whom I am buying goods, best regards Sabina

Očekávala jsem jiný přístup. Na příště využiji služeb jiného obchodu. ? There is no place to park, but no customer in the store, probably staff preference over customer. R	Roman Machacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji, na registraci byla poskytnuta sleva 0% po zavolání do autokelly mi bylo sděleno, že byla vytvořena zde v Litoměřicích nová karta na stejné IČO s 0% slevama tak jsem zboží vrátil a budu nakupovat jinde. Nevím, jak si to může nikdo dovolit. I do not recommend, a 0% discount was provided for registration after calling the car dealership, I was told that a new card was created here in Litoměřice with the same ID number with a 0% discount, so I returned the goods and I will shop elsewhere. Neuznává reklamace, dily jsou z druhovyroby, předražené a po jeji poruše vám neuznají reklamaci i presto, ze na to máte ze zákona narok, jejich jednání je arogantní a doslova vas i slovne uráží! Watch out for the car dealership in Litoměřice! It does not accept complaints, the parts are of secondary production, overpriced and after its failure they will not recognize the complaint even though you are legally entitled to it, their actions are arrogant and literally insult you.

Ordered a roof box to collect on the day I left on my holiday and it did not arrive from central depot. Not the fault of the Litoměřice store but it caused a frantic afternoon trying to find a rental. Again, the staff at litomerice helped me in my plight to get away on my holiday. Great store because they have good staff.
