★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem zde vůz, kde součástí koupě byl garantovaný servis po dobu pěti let. Servis byl bezplatný pouze po dobu dvou let.
Po výměně oleje a filtrů přišla faktura za 10 tisíc korun s tím, že k bezplatnému servisu je potřeba doložit certifikát, který po mě nikdo nikdy nechtěl. Prodejcem jsem byl ještě upozorněn, že v případě, že si budu měnit olej sám, přijdu automaticky o záruku na automobil.
 I bought a car here, where the purchase included guaranteed service for five years. The service was free for only two years.
After changing the oil and filters, an invoice for 10,000 crowns came, stating that the free service requires a certificate that no one ever wanted from me. I was also warned by the seller that if I change the oil myself, I will automatically lose the car warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc děkuji panu Petru Vyšatovi za vstřícný přístup a rychlou diagnostiku vozu. Jakožto člověk co se v autech vůbec nevyzná jsem dnes byla nucena vyhledat servis a jsem moc ráda, že ten nejbližší byl právě Gerhard Horejsek. Pan Vyšata byl moc ochotný, pomohl mi a poradil co s problémem dělat a ubezpečil mne, že vůz jízdu do "domovského" servisu zvládne. Ještě jednou děkuji ?
