★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovezl jsem auto na výměnu rozvodů, po vyzvednutí svítila kontrolka ABS. Vrátil jsem se okamžitě do servisu, kde mi bylo nejednou řečeno, že na náboj (kde je čidlo) ani nesahali, že je patrně špatný a potřeboval by také výměnu. S tím jsem nesouhlasil. Po příjezdu domů jsem sundal kolo a zjistil, že byl špatně nasazen konektor. Buď tedy mají v servise skřítky a nebo chtěli jen další zakázku..
 I brought the car to change the wiring, after picking up the ABS warning light was on. I returned immediately to the service, where I was often told that they did not even touch the charge (where the sensor is), that it was probably bad and would also need to be replaced. I didn't agree with that. When I got home, I took off my bike and found that the connector was incorrectly fitted. So either they have elves in the service or they just wanted another job ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!NAPROSTO NEDOPORUČUJEME!!! Chtěli jsme si půjčit vozidlo Ford Tranzit a složili zálohu ve výši 3 000,- Kč. ÚDAJNĚ mělo vozidlo poruchu a proto nás p. Kozelská odkázala na firmu p. Michálka z Ostravy, který nám měl poskytnout adekvátní náhradní vůz. Záloha byla ÚDAJNĚ předána jemu. Při prohlídce tohoto náhradního vozu automechanikem bylo shledáno, že vozidlo je v katastrofálním technickém stavu, navíc silně znečištěný interiér asi po partě řemeslníků (zkrátka a dobře "stará rezavá popelnice"). P. Michálek odmítl vrátit zálohu s tím, že nám auto měsíc rezervoval a nemá jedinou chybu. Později jsme se dozvěděli, že prý bylo auto v Chorvatsku a zákazník byl nadmíru spokojen. Rádi bychom toho zákazníka poznali :) Odmítli jsme si vůz převzít a jeli jsme do fa. Auto Kozelský, kde jsme požadovali buďto adekvátní vozidlo nebo vrácení zálohy. Bylo nám sděleno, že nedostaneme ani auto, ani peníze. Jednal s námi arogantní synáček p. Kozelské a přijímal telefonicky její negativní instrukce: "nic jim nedávej". Automobil, který jsme si původně od nich měli půjčit, stál ve firmě a ten nepříjemný mladý pán nám sdělil, že je pro někoho jiného. A že zálohu máme požadovat po p. Michálkovi, přitom jsme s ním neměli žádný smluvní vztah. Zálohu jsme skládali v Auto Kozelský - co měli ti dva mezi sebou, není naše starost. Měli jsme zkaženou dovolenou, protože jsme v den odjezdu museli shánět na rychlo jiné auto. Po návratu při řešení situace s p. Kozelskou a když jsme vyrukovali se soudním řízením a jejím protiprávním jednáním, nás donutila podepsat jakýsi cár papíru, že nám vrací jen půlku ceny zálohy a že se klidně můžeme soudit. Což by stejně nemělo smysl, i když bychom spor, po poradě s právníkem, vyhráli. V konečném důsledku šlo vlastně o princip, ale my tuto společnost NEMŮŽEME DOPORUČIT!!!
!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! We wanted to rent a Ford Transit and we paid a deposit of 3 000, - CZK. It was alleged that the vehicle had a breakdown and that is why Mr Kozelská referred us to Mr. Michálek from Ostrava, who was to provide us with an adequate replacement car. The advance was PURPOSED to him. When inspecting this replacement car by a mechanic, it was found that the vehicle was in a catastrophic technical condition, and in addition, the interior was heavily polluted after a bunch of craftsmen (in short and a good "old rusty garbage bin"). P. Michálek refused to return the deposit, saying that the car booked us a month and has no fault. Later we learned that the car was in Croatia and the customer was extremely satisfied. We would like to meet this customer :) We refused to take over the car and went to the fa. Auto Kozelsky, where we demanded either an adequate vehicle or a refund of the deposit. We were told that we would not get either a car or money. Mr. Kozelská's arrogant son negotiated with us and received her negative instructions by phone: "Don't give them anything". The car we originally had to borrow from them stood in the company, and the unpleasant young man told us that he was for someone else. And that we should demand the deposit from Mr. Michálek, while we had no contractual relationship with him. We paid the deposit in Auto Kozelský - what the two of them had between them is not our concern. We had a bad holiday because we had to get another car on the day of departure. After returning to solve the situation with Mr Kozelská, and when we came to terms with the court proceedings and her unlawful conduct, she forced us to sign a piece of paper that he only returned half the price of the deposit and that we can easily judge. Which wouldn't make sense anyway, even if we won the case after consulting a lawyer. In the end it was actually a principle, but we CANNOT RECOMMEND this company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu jen doporučit měl jsem půjčenou Škodu Roomster na 10 dní za skvělou cenu. Vše proběhlo bez problémů auto v naprostém pořádku čisté a kauce vrácena. Doporučuji příště si půjčím auto opět zde.
I can only recommend I borrowed a Škoda Roomster for 10 days for a great price. Everything went smoothly, the car was in perfect order clean and the deposit returned. I recommend next time I rent a car here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AUTO KOZELSKY Car hire - horrible experience. Landed in Ostrava just for few days so in big rush for meetings. When met by the driver I learnt that we have to go to their office about 20 minutes away to sign the contract, at this time we were very unhappy as this wasn't mentioned in our email conversation. Then we learnt that we won't get our chosen car (they don't go by car type but what's the point if our option wasn't available anyway?...). The car was a downgrade(!), old Fabia (compared to Ostrava Airrport competitors) and horribly smelled of cigarettes which was very annoying for our trips to meetings - the smell stays in every piece of fabric you put in such vehicle. We had to hardly negotiate the price because of the downgrade, smells and the extra time we spent travelling to their office - which makes the company very unprofessional I must say. The car had an engine light on which was explained as a small issue (the car hire is a car garage too so it shouldn't really be a case - big question mark to all garage customers too). But the most annoying thing was when returning the car to the airport I was told they had to take 10 pounds off my deposit because of the airport drop - prior my hire we agreed all charges including drop off and collection charges of 300 Korun?!! I asked the driver to contact POLICE as this is simply a theft of money- he quickly gave me that extra 10 pounds went into the vehicle wit an unnecessary comment and drove off - the most dishonest company and service ever. I hope many people will read this so they can avoid such rubbish experience...
