★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji, firma mi poslala záměrně produkt od jiné značky s tim,ze ho prostě nemaji i když faktura byla na mnou objednaný kontaktní gril.Vůbec mě předem neinformovala, následně kdyz jsem tam volal, tak mi pan řekl, že můžu být rád, že mi v téhle době Vůbec něco poslal ..... čekal, že se spokojim gril jako gril ???? Rozhodně NE jen člověk naleti a ztratil cas a teď čekat kdy vrátí peníze

Ak teda nakupujete na firmu, nebude Vám umožnené nevyhovujúci tovar vrátiť ako ste zvyknutý všade inde v 14-dňovej lehote. POZOR na to. Ak táto recenzia odradí čo i len jedného zákazníka, budem rada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupili jsme válec na ohřev vody u kterého od začátku protékal kohoutek. Po druhé reklamaci protékal dál. A dál protékat bude protože při třetí reklamaci mi oznámili že si mám kohoutek vyčistit. Opravdu pro prvním použití po reklamaci nemůže být něčím zanešený. Určitě už bych u nich nic nekoupil a nedoporučuji to ani nikomu jinému. Vyberte jiného obchodníka, třeba expondo.cz. Tohle opravdu obchodník není spíše dobytek

Píšete o nějakém opotřebení těsnění, ale válec začal téct od prvního použití. Není chyba na vaší straně? Platili jsme dvakrát zbytečně poštovné a ještě ztráceli čas s balením. Kdo to zaplatí?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omylem jsme objednali u této firmy, místo našich běžných dodavatelů. Chybně objednaný výrobek nelze vrátit ani vyměnit. Jasně, jsme firma, takže v rozporu se zákonem to není, ale naši ostatní dodavatelé takovou věc pochopí a umožní. Někdo holt poskytuje služby zákazníkům a někdo jen točí prachy. Na druhý mail se už ani neobtěžovali odpovědět. Nedoporučuji!
We mistakenly ordered from this company, instead of our regular suppliers. An incorrectly ordered product cannot be returned or replaced. Sure, we're a company, so it's not against the law, but our other suppliers will understand and make it possible. Some holt provides customer service and some just spin money. They didn't even bother to reply to the second e-mail. I do not recommend!
