M	Mirek Červeňák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jezdil jsem k Jandovskému několik let celkem spokojen, než mi vloni automechanik zadřel (přetáhl) víčko od výpustě oleje. Letos při další výměně se k tomu nejen nepřiznali, ale ptali se mě kde mě tu výměnu dělali?! Mou odpovědí bylo samozřejmě, že u nich, ať si mě vyhledají v PC. Avšak neochota uznat svou chybu, bez omluvy a snahy to vyřešit, mě nepříjemně překvapilo. Donesl jsem jim tedy loňskou fakturu, jako jasný fakt, aby to tedy vzali jako reklamaci, odpovědí mi bylo "máme na to měsíc" Cože?? To sice ano, ale není v jejich zájmu (při poškození cizí věci), aby vše dali do pořádku rychle a bez reklamace??? Vůz jsem po cca 10 dnech obdržel...avšak z uvolněnými brzdové destičkami. Dělám mnoho let v prodeji a na reklamacích, ale nejen, že takovou neochotu a nezájem bych si nemohl dovolit, neboť bych firmu vystavil právnímu stíhání, ale ještě jsem se s ní snad nikde nesetkal...kdyby Jandovský věděl...na druhé straně platí "své k svému"... Naštěstí tento servis nepotřebuji.. I drove to Jandovský for several years quite satisfied, before last year the car mechanic seized (pulled) the cap from the oil drain. This year, during the next exchange, they not only did not confess to it, but asked me where did they do the exchange ?! Of course, my answer was that they should search for me on a PC. However, the reluctance to admit my mistake, without apology and trying to solve it, surprised me unpleasantly. So I brought them last year's invoice, as a clear fact, so that they would take it as a complaint, the answer was "we have a month for it" What?? Yes, but it is not in their interest (in case of damage to a foreign object) to put everything in order quickly and without complaint ??? I received the car after about 10 days ... but with loose brake pads. I have been working in sales and complaints for many years, but not only could I not afford such reluctance and disinterest, as I would subject the company to legal prosecution, but I have perhaps never met it anywhere ... if Jandovský knew ... on the other hand pay "your to your" ... Fortunately, I don't need this service.

Samozrejme auto ošúchali a obaly poválali po zemi, takže môžem kupovať nové... Veľmi zlá skúsenosť! I went to change my tires. They insisted that they do it and that they would not get my car dirty. The old tires were in perfectly clean packaging. Of course the car was rubbed and the packaging was rolled on the ground, so I can buy new ... Very bad experience!

Without agreeing on a price in advance. .. ... after the service for stk the subsequent MOT did not pass .. year 2020

Motor si tiše přede a výrazně se i zlepšila spolupráce s převodovkou. Všechno do sebe pasuje už od prvních ujetých kilometrů. Je to doopravdy výrazná změna k lepšímu. Y	Yavuz Erol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had a chance to rate their services with minus 5 stars, I would use so, never, never ever again,, they charged us 25,000 CZK for changing the equipment related to steering box, and they even did not screw the nuts properly, i had pay extra 500 kron to another mechanic to fix them.. Now I am even suspect that It was really needed to change all equipment so they could overcharge me with their services.. I do not recommend anyone to use their services at all.
