never had any problems - the service is quite good and I don't have the impression they are overcharging me. and they cal me before hey do stuff to get it approved (and they tell me how much it is going to cost). Language is an issue - not sure if you can make it w/o any knowledge of Czech (but my Czech poor and I get still get around most questions)

THE WORST auto-service experience in my life! I brought my car (Mazda CX-3 bought there on July 2017) at the Mazda service as it was crashed on the rear bumper by a taxi, done all the papers, responsibility 100% on the other car. I bring it to Auto Palace to get it fixed along with all the papers they need in order to be paid by the insurance company. The first issue starts when they tell me i can have a car in replacement but only until they release the invoice, and i wont get my car back until they get the money from the insurance company, which legally has to happen within 14 days after the invoice was released. After an intense argument and threatening of lawyers i manage to get them to offer me a demo car for free. They kept my car for 1 week vs. the 3 days i was told and then they called me to pick it up. I arrived there, asked to check the car and... 1) one of the 2 brackets that hold the bumper was still broken, not replaced. 2) One of the parking sensors was till damaged, not replaced, 3) The metal looking protection under the bumper was barely attached, moving all around. 4) The left edge of the bumper had a big paint drop. Obviously i have not taken the car back, called my lawyer and asked to speak with the manager. At the end i had to leave the car there for another 3 days, with the promise they will properly fix it, for these 3 days i was given another car that was NOT same or higher level of my car (as it should be by law). HORRIBLE car service, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR! They are a bunch of incompetents.

Multibrand car dealer. Not far from centre but with poor public transport connection. Several brands offered, both used & brand new vehicles. English speaking kind personnel available,both by phone & in person. During this pandemic time, previous phone call to arrange meeting is obligatory.

We had a great sales guy at Mitsubishi - at that time we were checking out various cars in different dealerships and we had one of the best experiences here. Since then we visited the place for regular maintenance and after an accident - so far everything went very smooth - helpful attitude from the staff, no issues with the repairs/maintenance - all in all, so far so good: if the experience stays like this, we will continue to bring the car for maintenance services even after the warranty period (not mentioning that we will know where to start looking for a new car next time; hopefully not in the near future though :) ).

Excellent experience buying a second-hand Skoda there, they were really responsive and helpful when looking at the car, they spoke English, the whole team was very friendly and the process to buy the car, sell ours, change the documents was really fast and painless. We even had an awesome deal on the insurance contract! Really recommend going here if you're looking for a new or second-hand car!

Perfect customer service from Petr, from the very moment I stepped in untill I got my car handed to me. I had a really bad experience at Car Star Prague, where they showed me 0 respect and basically kicked me out before I even managed to say hello to them. If you are looking for a new car look no further, this place has good deals, easy payment planning and the customer experience makes you feel like you matter to them. 10/10!

We bought a new Mazda at Auto Palace Sporilov, salesperson was Petr Marek. Everything from first test drive until pickup of the new car today was very good. Mr Marek and the team went the extra mile for us: as foreign customers we required special documents, license plates etc.. Professional and quick handling of that. It was also not a problem to have all communication in english. I recommend the place! And last but not least: The car is fantastic, it‘s MX-5.
