★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor, tahle firma je velmi neseriózní. Včera sem si byl u nich servisovat auto. Poté co mi řekli naprosto přehnanou cenu (samozřejmě až poté, co sem odešel, po telefonu), sem jim řekl že opravu nechci. Domluvili jsme se že zaplatim půl hodiny práce.
Večer sem si pro auto přišel a auto mělo úplně jiný a mnohem závažnější problém, když sem se na pana přijímacího obrátil s tím, že dělá více problémů než předtím, co sem jim ho svěřil, tak mně osočil z toho, že si vymýšlím a že s autem nic neudělali a že se se mnou nebudou bavit.
Auto je momentálně nepojízdné (a to mělo pouze špatný startér) a oprava bude mnohem vyšší.
TENTO AUTOSERVIS ZCELA A NAPROSTO NEDOPORUCUJI ! ! !
pokud máte rádi svého čtyřkolého mazlíčka, nechte jej servisovat jinde.
Attention, this company is very unreliable. Yesterday I was at a car serviced them. After they told me a totally exaggerated price (of course, after he left here, over the phone), I told them I didn't want a repair. We agreed to pay half hours of work.
The evening here can for car arrived and the car had a completely different and much more serious problem when I was at Mr. admission turned that makes more problems than before, as here they entrusted him, so I toned the fact that I invent and the car did not do anything and that he will not talk to me.
The car is currently immobile (and it only had a bad starter) and the repair will be much higher.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SERVICE! ! !
if you love your pet čtyřkolého, have it serviced elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rád bych jako jednatel společnosti Auto Papoušek s.r.o. reagoval na recenzi pana Michaela Damianiho.
Tento zákazník přijel na opravu startéru.
Po zjištění skutečné závady, se pánovi nabídla cena za výměnu startéru, jelikož již nešel opravit. Cenu pán neakceptoval.
Vozidlo mu bylo následně předáno a vyfakturováno půl hodiny práce.
Pan Damiani si pro vozidlo přijel s ještě jednou osobou, slečnou či paní.
Tato dáma se posadila za řízení nepojízdného vozidla a pan Damiani se jí snažil roztlačit směrem k Hybernské ulici "na zpátečku"
Tento pokus se jim samozřejmě nezdařil, nehledě k tomu, že náš pracovník slyšel, že měli zařazený špatný převodový stupeň, zřejmě dvojku nebo trojku. Tudíž došlo nejspíše k přeskočení rozvodu.
Po té přijeli druhým vozidlem a porouchané vozidlo se snažili roztlačit "nárazník o nárazník" směrem k Růžové ulici. Tedy do půlky ulice Opletalova, kde vozidlo poté odstavili.
Toto vše je možné vidět na záznamech kamerového systému městské policie.
Věřím, že jsem vyjasnil celou záležitost týkající se tohoto recenzenta a považuji jeho recenzi za zcela nepravdivou.

This customer has come to repair the starter.
After finding a real defect, the gentleman offered the price for the replacement of the starter, because he could not be repaired. The prize was not accepted by the Lord.
The vehicle was then handed over and invoiced for half an hour of work.
Mr. Damiani came with another person, a lady or a lady.
This lady sat down to drive an immobile vehicle, and Mr. Damiani tried to push her back in the direction of Hybernska Street.
Of course, they failed this attempt, despite the fact that our worker heard that they had the wrong gear, probably a two or three. Thus, the divorce was probably skipped.
Then they arrived with the second vehicle and the broken vehicle tried to push the "bumper against the bumper" towards Růžová Street. In the middle of Opletalova street, where the car was parked.
All of this can be seen on the video recordings of the municipal police camera system.
I believe that I have clarified the whole matter concerning this reviewer and I consider his review to be completely false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V poslední době zde servisuji svá dvě auta. Poté co jsem během pěti let vyzkoušel Ford Charouz (nyní CARent), Garant na Jarově a pár menších garáží, zůstal jsem pravidelným zákazníkem zde. Nejprve jsem měl dojem, že na příjmu jsou nevrlí a moje zakázky ani nechtějí, nicméně po čase se ke mne začli chovat přátelsky a velice vstřícně a tak jsem svůj názor změnil. Taky uznávám, že bastlení mého Probe pro ně asi není zrovna nejatraktivnější zakázka. Ale i přesto jsou ochotní pomoct a auto držet při životě. Evidentně tomu rozumí a snaží se i opravovat, nejen měnit díly. Nebojí se auto zvednout přímo před zákazníkem a trpělivě vysvětlit v čem je problém. Takže rozhodně doporučuji, pokud přežijete lehce nevrlý příjem ;-)
I've been servicing my two cars here lately. After trying out Ford Charouz (now CARent), Garant in Jarov and a few smaller garages for five years, I remained a regular customer here. At first I had the impression that they were grumpy at the reception and didn't even want my orders, however, over time they started to be friendly and very accommodating to me, so I changed my mind. I also admit that tinkering with my Probe is probably not the most attractive job for them. But they are still willing to help and keep the car alive. He obviously understands this and tries to repair it, not just change parts. They are not afraid to lift the car directly in front of the customer and patiently explain what the problem is. So I definitely recommend if you survive a slightly grumpy reception ;-)

They do not speak one word of english and a client was trying to help me and the guy at the front desk says, no do not help him, he have to speak Czech )-: crazy
