★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for emergency with my dog after a bleeding in her spinal cord. High qualified doctors and very good therapy. Doctors speak German and English as well. Was a bit expensive but still much cheaper than in my home country and we also had MRI and hospitalisation for 5 days so it's quite normal and for the humans best friend nothing is too expensive. Thanks to these guys my dog can walk again! Diky moc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The proposed treatment would have killed our dog. They put our dog under gen. anesthesia to do an MRI. Mind you, our dog has got a load of health problems, incl heart malfunction, which they knew about full well. The dogs heart stopped during the process, or so they claim. They revived the dog and kept him overnight. The bill was 250 usd.
Next step, they propose to make a second attempt a week later, which, incl MRI, is for 1300 usd. We go elsewhere, the other vet seems puzzled/horrified regarding their proposal, saying that might easily kill the dog.
Last thing, we called this place and asked for them to give us a scan of the medical report they made, the lady said it will be done right away. Two hours later, nothing happened, so I called again, more reassurances that time around, but two days since that call and we still got no report on our hands. We never voiced our discontent during the phone calls. Make what you will out of that. Also they billed us for an eye cream we refused to buy upon question.
Expensive and unprofessional, that is our opinion. You can sue me all you want, but I would like the goddamn medical report first.

The clinic focus to difficult health problems of pets, a complex care, kind staff, a park place, nonstop opened - emergency. Cash or credit card payment. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really weird approach to customers. I came there with prior reservation specifically for neurologist. For some reason 1st we met with general pediatrician or whatever it was, then she took my dog to the other level to show him to neurologist. I wasn't invited. After checkup same person told me that neurologist is busy now and we have to wait 30 mins and then he will come to talk to me. Waited for an hour - noone came. Asked for him again and got an apology that he is still performing surgery and that in order to proceed to treatment they recommend to do an MRI first (20k) and then most likely to surgery (another 50k) When I asked if maybe it makes sense to try medical treatment 1st and do a surgery only in case its not working they told me to go to my own doctor to do it. Refused to give any medication or prescription. Asked for paper with checkup details, to be able to show it to some other doctors at least, answer was - we will send it to the email later. Nothing so far received. For me it was unfortunately waste of time and 3k czk since I was told absolutely nothing new about my dog condition and didn't get any medicine. So far I've been to at least 3 different vet clinics and out of them this one was the worst.
Update after few month: dog was treated medically in the other place and fully recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent clinic! When my dog got severely ill late at night while traveling through Prague this clinic was open and gave us all the help we needed. The veterinary was highly skilled and the other staff very friendly and polite. The dog got hospitalized and he got the needed examinations and treatment. When he was discharged I could see that he trusted and liked the staff. That made me very happy. Thank you for saving my dog!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amergency on Saturday night with our dog (got biten by another dog and had an open bone fracture on the leg), and since not many clinics provide this service on Saturday we had to search in Google. I still believe this is one of the best clinics in Prague. The reception is amazing, very spacious, with a separated area for cats and dogs. Coffee and water for free. They saved our dogs life, the doctor - orthopedic surgeon, has very good and calming effect on our dog when arriving there multiple times for a post surgical care, our dog remembers this place and starts to act aggressive :( probably from a fear we will be separated again, as he stayed there 4 days without understanding what's going on. Yes you will pay lots of money, but it's definitely for the best care you are getting. There are for sure cheaper clinics, I can't compare the care as this emergencies don't happen often (fortunately), but I know when your 4 legs friend will end up there, he will be in good hands. They have lots of staff, nurses are very friendly. Sometimes you have to wait longer, because this place is very busy, they have lots of patients.
