★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všichni jsou tam moc milí, jak paní doktorka tak i sestřičky. Vše mi podrobně vysvětlí a poradí. Poradí si i s neukázněným pacientem jako byl náš kocour ☺
Everyone is very nice there, both the doctor and the nurses. He will explain and advise me in detail. He can also deal with an unruly patient like our cat ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejmilejší paní doktorka, kterou jsem kdy potkala. Vyslechne vás, snaží se maximálně pomoct a 100% se vám věnuje. Miluje zvířata a ta to samozřejmě cítí. Můj pes veterináře nesnáší, ale tady je v naprostém klidu a pohodě a nechá si udělat cokoliv. Sice jsem z Prahy, ale jela bych za paní doktorkou klidně i dál než do Rudné :) Díky moc, Helena + Toby
Dearest doctor I have ever met. He listens to you, tries to help as much as possible and is 100% dedicated to you. She loves animals and she can feel it, of course. My dog hates vets, but here he is in complete peace and quiet and will do anything. Although I am from Prague, I would go to the doctor even further than to Rudná :) Thanks a lot, Helena + Toby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc sympatický personál a hlavně vyřešení problému s pejskem do dvou hodin od zavolání. Plus mají smlouvu s PetExpert, což se hodí pro ty, kteří mají taky trochu poruchovější mazlíčky s pojištěním :D
Very nice staff and especially solving the problem with the dog within two hours of the call. Plus they have a contract with PetExpert, which is suitable for those who also have a little more faulty pets with insurance: D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing - went there with my two dogs for tapeworm treatment before returning back to UK (password requirement), filled in form online in the evening and had prompt respond following morning with all the info I needed. Quick appoitment, 15min max, charged me around £17.50
would not happened in UK or indeed in France (78 euros for same). Well happy. One of my dogs is really sensitive to any pills so they made sure she would get the proper stuff not to get sick afterwards.
If ever back in CZ, I would definitelly go there again.
