At Auto Pavel, I received a recommendation from ProCars Velká Dobrá that they can do a nice job there for nice money, so-called without paper. So I say Ok. First, I will evaluate the work done. In addition to standard car mechanics and geometry, there is also a paint shop. I used this service. I contacted Mr. Pavel by phone, saying that I need to repaint two parts for the insurance company, but that I will solve it with a budget, of course I would like it as cheaply as possible and without a document, and I say that I have 10,000 for it - for everything I have. the insurance company asked if we could fit in. I was stupid and Mr. Pavel told me that we would fit in, although I knew that repainting the whole two parts, including disguise, etc., would not cost more than 6000, -. We did not say the exact amount, although the scope of work was agreed, so I bought parts, imported a car and the work could begin. It was done in 4 days and the result is decent ... If I did it myself, I would be angry with myself ... After sealing, the "repaired" damage was run over only with rough sandpaper and then painted, I'm not a pro, but I think it is ground to a finely called underwater. This intervention has reduced the price of my car as it is visible. But what disappointed me was when Mr. Pavel called me that it was done and that it would cost 10,000, - I say it on the phone once again, because I had the impression that I can't hear well, which is 10,000, -? And Mr. Pavel tells me, so 9500, - Slightly upset I called half of the paint shops in the area, including authorized BMW services and I was upset even more ... Everyone except BMW, where they want nonsense told me for the same 4500, - without proof and maximum 6000 with a document and a guarantee ... So I went to pick up the car with a slight, now pissing. The car was parked inside the complex, I went inside, called that we looked at the place, said again what was done to confirm that the gentleman wants to make me an ox and I say, but sir we will have to discuss the price. After a 2-minute rag, Mr. Pavel told me that we are literally playing "dicks" there and that even 7000 is not enough. I say ok, but I have 5500, - I won't pay more for it, we will both make money on it, more you, depending on the range of services, but I won't give more. The gentleman turned and headed for the office and told me to follow him, so I went, I thought he would show me a price list or something. He didn't show what he pointed to me, but there was a gate to the complex, so he told me to give him 5500, - and I would fall out through that gate and never return. So I paid, thanked goodbye and drove. There is definitely no danger that I will return. Once again, the work done fussily and the price and other things can be arranged in writing IN ADVANCE! Let me avoid such an action, but this disappointed me a lot, otherwise Mr. Pavel seems serious, but he just wanted me to ... and ... And I don't have a morning light on my head ...

I have to agree with Jiří Bokr. Here I had my chosen parts painted on the car, thresholds, both bumpers, we were arranged for the day of handing over the car, but I did not know that I stepped quite next. He handed the car over here, had it there for almost a month, always excuses how the painter and other nonsense got him, so I finally got a painted car with a good result. So when I arrived for the car, I gave him the pre-arranged money, with little to say. He stayed stunned and said the price was agreed in advance and both sides agreed. The reason why he wanted more was that he was painting other parts that I did not ask for, but what was not my problem and so I did not agree with the price, he only paid the price agreed in advance and left. Unfortunately, after two years, the varnish is deprecated, peeling off in a normal car wash, when the larger piece of paint fell off, I noticed that the work is very surrendered. The front bumper was not abraded at all, a thick layer of paint, and no filler. Prague also starts to peel and the paint is battered from the stones. Unfortunately, as a paint shop I cannot call it or recommend it, otherwise Mr. Pavel looks serious.
