★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše na jedničku! Super komunikace, ochota vyjít vstříc zákazníkovi. Pan Bezkočka má zákazníka na prvním místě a za to díky. Cokoli na vozidle zjistí, zavolá a řekne co je třeba udělat včetně cenového odhadu. Za mě jednoznačně nejlepší autoservis na Kladně.
All for one! Super communication, willingness to meet the customer. Mr. Bezkočka has the customer in the first place and thanks for that. He finds out anything on the vehicle, calls and says what needs to be done, including a price estimate. Definitely the best car service in Kladno for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kde len začať. Nielen že som išiel auto iba prezuť. To že tam auto budem musieť nechať som vôbec nečakal.
Prvotný problém nastal keď do mňa mechanik narval s Tuaregom, keď okolo mňa bolo mraky miesta. I keď to by som ako problém nevidel. Hold sa to stane.
Domluva bola dostať moje auto do pôvodného stavu. Keďže bola vina na strane servisu. To že servis na mne bude šetriť a nakúpi lacné diely z Číny to ma fakt štve. Pretože odvtedy mám s autom len problémy. Nastavenie svetlometu nedopadlo ani na druhý krát. Musela to nakoniec napraviť STK. Ale až tam sa prišlo na náhradné druhovýrobné diely. Hold som si mal asi prizvať na preberanie auta znalca, a nie slepo veriť že keď servis spôsobil chybu tak to naozaj dajú do poriadku. Pretože zo svetlom mám len a len problémy a musel som hold zohnať nové.
Za mňa už nikdy. Rozumiem že platí pravidlo šetriť kde sa dá a predať draho. Ale keď je vina na mojej strane tak dávam veci do poriadku bez ohľadu na cenu.

The deal was to get my car back to its original condition. Because the fault was on the service side. The fact that the service will save me and buy cheap parts from China really annoys me. Because I've only had problems with the car ever since. The headlight setting did not change the second time. The MOT finally had to fix it. But only there were spare parts for production. I should have invited an expert to take over the car, and not blindly believe that if the service caused an error, they would really put it right. Because I have only problems with light and I had to pay tribute to new ones.
For me never again. I understand that the rule is to save where you can and sell dearly. But when the blame is on my side, I put things right, no matter the price.
