Mohu vrele doporucit!!! Skvela domluva i dodrzeni terminu! ABSOLUTELY SATISFACTION, already in 2005! Now repair of a damaged alloy wheel polished from the production of MB, the result = as if it had never been damaged. I can highly recommend !!! Great agreement and adherence to the deadline!
J	Jakub Němec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost. Objednával jsem alu disky, které byly podle e-shopu skladem. Po odeslání objednávky byly pouze na dotaz. Když jsem se tedy tázal formou e-mailu, reakce ze strany prodejce byla nulová. Kromě automaticky vygenerovaného e-mailu na potvrzení objednávky žádný jiný e-mail nepřišel. Po týdnu, když jsem se dotazoval telefonicky, mi pán sdělil, že se včera na disky ptal dodavatele, že až budou tak budou, že se ozve. Po třech týdnech, kdy jsem nevěděl jestli se vůbec něco děje, jsem raději na objednávku poslal storno, které mi ani nikdo nepotvrdil. Nedovedu si představit, jaké by bylo řešení situace, kdybych objednávku zaplatil předem. Disky jsem nakonec objednal u jiného prodejce a přišly do týdne bez sebemenších problémů. Za mě tedy určitě nedoporučuji. Total dissatisfaction. I ordered aluminum discs, which were in stock according to the e-shop. After sending the order were only on request. So when I asked by e-mail, the response from the seller was zero. Apart from the automatically generated e-mail for order confirmation, no other e-mail was received. A week later, when I inquired by phone, the gentleman told me that yesterday he had asked the suppliers about the discs that when they were, they would call. After three weeks, when I didn't know if anything was going on at all, I preferred to send a cancellation to the order, which no one even confirmed to me. I can't imagine what the solution would be if I paid the order in advance. I eventually ordered the discs from another retailer and they arrived within a week without the slightest problem. So I definitely don't recommend it for me.

Objednaný typový list sice přišel, ale na dvou úřadech byl zamítnut jako neplatný, a to jsem si ho ještě musel nechat prvně potvrdit za poplatek 600,-Kč na STK, které mi už nikdo nevrátí. Bylo mi nabídnuto vrácení peněz za typový list zpět, které jsem ale už zpět nedostal, ani po několika slibech a výmluvách po telefonu. Nákup zde silně nedoporučuji, raději peníze darujte na charitu! Total dissatisfaction. I was offered a refund of the type list, which I did not get back, even after a few promises and excuses over the phone. I do not recommend buying here, rather donate money to charity!

Absolute satisfaction with typove-listy.cz. Type sheet for my alloy wheels issued the next day, technical inspection without any problems. Now I can write bikes in TP.
Z	Zdeněk Frischholz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyhněte se této firmě obloukem,přijel jsem si pro nepojizdne auto s pujcenou odtahovkou,to že na fotkách super,ale přede mnou ho doslova vytáhli z kopřiv,to jsem ještě překousl,to že mě pan nechtěl dát plnou moc a musel jsem se hned trmácet přes celé Kladno abych udělal evidenční kontrolu kde jsem musel dát ze svého ještě tzv.na pivo technikovi,aby nás vůbec vzal,to bych taky prekousl. Ale pak to přišlo...Po urgování mě (po 20 dnech!) přišly papíry, ale doporučeně za 1500 Kč (přepis stojí 800)..Na to mě pan napsal,že nemá čas běhat po úřadech. A třešnička na dortu byla ta,když jsem se všiml papírku u technicaku, kde byl vzkaz,že pojistku pán zrušil již cca před 14 dny,přitom jsem si jí těžko mohl bez technicaku udělat.Mohu tedy čekat pozdrav s pokutou od Čkp. Takže za mně naprostá spokojenost ? Hello, I can only evaluate my experience by issuing a type sheet and it went well. Also in the register on the record and on the transcript also without words. J	Juraj Šustek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V apríli 2021 som si objednal originál disky, na ktoré mi bola vystavená záloha v plnej výške a ktorá bola obratom z mojej strany uhradená (moja veľká chyba). Do dnes (je koniec roka 2021) mi neboli disky dodané a ani záloha vrátená. Na telefonické dopytovanie bola neustále odpoveď, že ešte nedorazili. Na e-maily žiadna reakcia. Na písomné odstúpenie od objednávky dodnes žiadna reakcia ani vrátenie penazí. Mrzí ma, že ešte takéto firmy existujú. V nemecku sa mi také ešte nikdy nič nestalo a platím pravidelne dopredu. Takáto firma robí zlé meno českým obchodníkom. Túto firmu odporúčam obchádzať oblúkom, nakoľko v mojom prípade bude jediné riešenie získať svoje peniaze súdnou cestou (ak vôbec). Nerozumiem tomu, či to stojí majiteľovi za to... okrádať a klamať svojich zákazníkov a tak si šíriť veľmi zlé meno. A zlé meno sa roznesie aj keď si zmenia firmu. Until today (the end of 2021) the disks have not been delivered to me and the backup has not been returned. The answer to the telephone inquiry was that they had not yet arrived. No response to emails. To this day, there is no response or refund of written withdrawals from the order. I am sorry that such companies still exist. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in Germany and I pay regularly in advance. Such a company makes a bad name for Czech traders. I recommend circumventing this company, as in my case the only solution will be to get your money through the courts (if at all). I don't understand if it's worth the owner ... to rob and deceive their customers and spread a very bad name. And a bad name will spread even if they change companies.
