Přístup katastrofa, pán je pěkné sprosté hovádko, které asi nenaučili slušnému chování. Divím se, že při takové konkurenci, má majitel tohoto "servisu" ještě co jíst. Výborných servisů v Olomouci a okolí je spousta, tomuhle se raději doporučuji vyhnout.

Approach disaster, the lord is a nice vulgar beast who probably did not learn decent behavior. I wonder that in such competition, the owner of this "service" still has something to eat. There are many excellent services in Olomouc and its surroundings, I prefer to avoid this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednání s klientem naprosto tristní, nepotřebuji aby se mnou jednal někdo v rukavičkách, ale odsud posud. Výsledek práce stejný jako jinde... Rozhodně doporučuji zajít jinde, pokud nechcete poslouchat nevhodné poznámky na vaši adresu i když servisu auta vůbec nerozumíte,proto jste v servisu. NEDOPORUČUJI !!!
Dealing with a client is absolutely sad, I don't need anyone in gloves to deal with me, but from here I can judge. The result of the same work as elsewhere ... I definitely recommend going elsewhere if you do not want to listen to inappropriate remarks on your address, even if you do not understand the car service at all, so you are in service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborná zkušenost s přezutím a uložením pneumatik. Domluvili jsme si termín týden dopředu. Přijel jsem načas a přezuto bylo za 15 minut. Doporučuju :-)
Excellent experience with retreading and storage of tires. We made an appointment a week in advance. I arrived on time and it was changed in 15 minutes. I recommend :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup pana Tichého je velmi neprofesionální, v jednání arogantní a sprostý, po domluvě na dni vyzvednutí disků, které byly na prodej si plete dny v týdnu. Při osobním vyzvednutí jsem zjistil, že disky už prodal, ani nebyl ochotný se omluvit za svojí chybu a snažil se svojí zmatenost svalit na mě. Tento servis velmi nedoporučuji.
Mr. Tichý's approach is very unprofessional, arrogant and vulgar in the negotiations, after agreeing on the day of picking up the discs that were for sale, he confuses the days of the week. Upon personal collection, I found out that he had already sold the discs, or was unwilling to apologize for his mistake, and tried to blame me for his confusion. I do not highly recommend this service.
