I wanted to write a review right after the delivery of the house where we worked with InTop. I didn't get a review that year, and a few years later I didn't want to "cook out of water." This year, our toilets started to flow during the flush, so I called InTop to see if they would come to fix the problem. On Monday morning, the gentleman told me that someone would contact us. They announced on Tuesday that the gentlemen would come to see the defect on Wednesday afternoon. Thursday, Friday… No one anywhere. Neither a call nor a message of what's going on, why no one came. I call InTop again at noon on Friday. The gentleman told me on the phone that he didn't know anything, but what he could do for me was find out who was coming to us and get in touch. A moment later another breathless man called, probably the one who was due to arrive on Wednesday. He allegedly did not arrive because they were dealing with the crash, on Thursday he was in training all day. And that someone would write a message or make it known they weren't coming? And if I didn't call that Friday, would anyone call? And for how long? The next week, two gentlemen arrived. Apart from the fact that they kept running out of the bathroom in front of the house to the car for some tools and back again, they were polite, they cleaned up after themselves. When I asked at the end of their work where and why the defect occurred, I was told that "There used to be those foam inserts that turned out to be impractical and there probably allowed it." However, we still have a second toilet. I asked if the same defect would not manifest itself there over time, and if they could replace it right when they were with us. "Ma'am, deal with it when it flows." And they left. So unreliable, poor quality work, uncertain outcome, irresponsible attitude and negative, evasive answers. The toilet still partially flows, which is said to be the unresolved anatomy of the toilet bowl and the gradual deposition of limescale.
