Kromě toho, že oprava trvala opravdu velmi dlouhou dobu tak jsem zjistil, že při montovaní zapomněli několik šroubů, které drží kryt motoru a také se jim někam zatoulal pravý přední kryt podvozku. Nedokážu si moc dobře jejich opravu vysvětlit, nicméně sám bych to pravděpodobně zvládl lépe a rychleji. Doporučuji hledat jiný servis. This service is probably the biggest mistake you can make. We had the front bumper changed. Apart from the fact that the repair took a really long time, I found out that during installation they forgot several screws that hold the engine cover and also the right front cover of the chassis wandered somewhere. I can't explain their correction very well, but I would probably do it better and faster myself. I recommend looking for another service.
Z	Z “frogstuper” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší servis. Nechával jsem si zde opravit auto po nehodě, kterou jsem nezpůsobil a oprava tak byla placena z pojistky viníka. Doufal jsem tak, že budu mít auto kvalitně opravený a bez starostí, ale teď lituji, že jsem si to raději neudělal sám,protože bych to zvládl výrazně rychleji a lépe. Oprava nebo v jejich případě pouze výměna dvou dílů karoserie trvala 3 měsíce a provedení bylo velmi amatérské a lajdácké. To co není zvenku vidět, tak s tím se nezabývali vůbec, třebaže to bylo na opravu zapsaný i od likvidátora z pojišťovny. Reklamaci jsem ani nezvažoval, protože po takhle dlouhý době opravy a (ne)kalitě práce jsem si radši zbytek dodělal sám. The worst service. I was hoping to have a well-repaired car and no worries, but now I regret that I would rather not do it myself, because I would be able to do it much faster and better. The repair or in their case only the replacement of two body parts took 3 months and the design was very amateurish and sloppy. What is not visible from the outside, so they did not deal with it at all, although it was also registered for repair by the liquidator from the insurance company. I didn't even consider the complaint, because after such a long time of repairs and (un) hard work, I preferred to finish the rest myself.

Občas se stane, že se něco nepovede nebo má jiný průběh, než si přestavujete. A v těchto případech se ukáže jaký servis opravdu je. Postavili se k tomu čelem a toho si vážím. Dlouho jsme hledali v okolí Neratovic slušný servis a jsme rádi, že ho máme :-) I RECOMMEND !!! I have a very good experience with this car service and I can highly recommend it. Their actions have always been decent and fair. Occasionally, something goes wrong or runs differently than you imagine. And in these cases it turns out what the service really is. They faced it and I appreciate it. We have been looking for a decent service around Neratovice for a long time and we are happy to have it :-)

Nejen že vás cenově nezrujnuje ale hlavně prvotřídní služby, vstřícnost, ochota, slušné a férové jednání. Doporučuji všem, kteří hledají kvalitní službu za dobrou cenu ! Za mě 1, a proto 5* ! I drive a lot of kilometers and I was in various services in Prague and the Central Bohemian region, but this service is clearly the best. Kdo chce kvalitní a dobré auto či služby, tak neváhejte a kupujte. We needed a car .. It was enough to call them and in 3 days the car was "standing" in front of the house.) D	David Jeřela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel s autem mám od servisu plno trápení. Pan Lipšer se snaží a za něj dávám 2 hvězdičky jinak by byla jen jedna. Auto tam bylo skoro 2 měsíce (abych byl fér, půlka prvního byly vánoční prázdniny), auto mi vrátili s vystřelenými patronami bezpečnostních pásů které byli zaseklé a svítilo na palubce airbag světlo. Toho si nevšimli... Lak není přesně ten samý odstín (těsně vedle, dá se to, ale i tak), čidlo tlaku klimatizace je jen ucpávka chladiče (ale kupodivu do jeho zapojení klimatizace nešla), světla špatně složená a tak dál... Nedoporučuji bohužel... Unfortunately, I have a lot of trouble with the car from the service. Mr. Lipser tries and I give 2 stars for him, otherwise there would be only one. The paint is not exactly the same shade (right next to it, it's possible, but still), the air conditioning pressure sensor is just a radiator seal (but surprisingly the air conditioning did not fit into its connection), the lights were poorly assembled and so on. . Unfortunately, I do not recommend ...
