I strongly do not recommend !! Acting by phone well at first. Nothing is a problem .. but during the personal visit it started..the service looks very unbelievable. No one was there for a clearly agreed time.. while waiting I heard a bad call when the lady mounted the rails bumper and did not solve it with the insurance company and wanted the lady did not have a surcharge .. and when I finally came to the council it started.. the supplied spare car was completely different ..! In the end, it fell out of the car that the car was renting only for 3 days and not at all for the repair period, which was agreed and what the damaged person from the law claims ... not through an insurance company, but through some "well-known" rental company that is not covered by insurance at all, etc. So, thank God, I said goodbye to him and drove ... and avoided other inconveniences ... !!! I strongly do not recommend this service and harmful events! Unprofessional approach. Inseriousness and non-compliance with pre-arranged things .. avoid the arc !!!! On May 14, we brought the car to a service center to repair the hole in the C-pillar, according to the insurance company Totalka. I can only recommend this car service. They repaired the car and handled everything with the insurance company. The communication was absolutely fine and straightforward. As for professionalism, they are definitely experts in their field. Many thanks to the service that they "returned" my red Yariska, now it looks like new (at least from the corrected side) :-)

I do not recommend !!! I put the car in service after an accident that I did not cause, there were small scratches on the car. The car repair was paid for by the insurance company, we agreed on the date of delivery of the car and wrote me the date of collection of the car. They still extended the deadline for picking up the car, even though I can't work without the car. When finally the car was "finished" I found that the place on which there were scratches is in the "orange skin", which means unevenness and slackening. I also immediately found out that they broke my document box. They also recommended a car rental company where they gave me a car of another brand, bodywork ... Even if I had to be left without a car, I would never go to them again !!!!

Great work and quality, rental of a spare car also by appointment, great communication, they explained everything and arranged by appointment. I took the car to a service station, where a replacement vehicle was waiting for me according to the agreement, and I didn't have to worry about anything. I can only recommend.
