★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem se do tohoto servisu objednat na pravidelnou prohlídku, protože ho mám kousek od práce. Bohužel se mi to opakovaně nepodařilo. Online rezervaci servisu mi dealer zrušil, vůbec se mě nepokusil kontaktovat s nabídkou jiného termínu, telefony nebere a zpátky nikdy nezavolá. Pokud mají zavřeno, mohli by si to alespoň dát na web, aby člověk neztrácel čas.
 I wanted to book this service for a regular inspection because I have it close to work. Unfortunately, I failed repeatedly. The dealer canceled my online reservation of the service, he did not try to contact me at all with an offer of another date, he does not take the phones and he will never call back. If they are closed, they could at least put it on the web so you don't waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme u nich na Mondeu vyměňovat rozvody a prosili o vyřešení problému, proč se nám auto často přehřívá.... Vzali na projížďku a řekli, že je vše v pořádku, protože JIM se to zrovna nepřehřálo... a vesele vyměnili rozvody. O 3 týdny později jsem se naštvala a vzala auto jinam, protože už mělo problém bez přehřátí dojet 5 km. Tam mi samozřejmě řekli, že motor ma prasklou hlavu, což je typická věc u těchto Fordů díky výrobní vadě a že po otevření motoru jsou vidět typický příznaky... A tento Fordem autorizovany servis si nevšiml pri vyměně vodní pumpy atd že tam stojí voda a že auto je po kilometru jízdy nafouknuty? a že v chladící kapaline, kterou měnili, je olej?.... aby náhodou nepřišli o kšeft... hrozny lidi dneska....

They took a ride and said that everything was fine, because JIM didn't just overheat ... and they happily changed the wiring. 3 weeks later, I got upset and took the car somewhere else, because it was already a problem to drive 5 km without overheating. There, of course, they told me that the engine had a cracked head, which is a typical thing with these Fords due to a manufacturing defect and that after opening the engine you can see typical symptoms ... And this Ford-authorized service did not notice when replacing the water pump, etc. that the car is inflated after a kilometer of driving? and that there is oil in the coolant they changed? .... so that they don't accidentally lose their business ... the grapes people today ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ford Transit Custom - výměna oleje s filtrem - za 1 hodinu hotovo. Nedávno výměna všech vstřiků a seřízení - auto jede perfektně + skvělý přístup techniků. Tento servis vřele doporučuji, je mnohem lepší než další autorizovaní zástupci Fordu.
Ford Transit Custom - oil change with filter - done in 1 hour. Recently replaced all injections and adjustments - the car is going perfectly + great approach from technicians. I highly recommend this service, it is much better than other authorized Ford representatives.
