Při obrácení k obsluze , oni to zkusili vyčistit , ale udělali jen hůř. Mám jenom jeden dotaz , co oni tam hlídali? Už nikdy tam neobratim, a nedoporučuji I'm in total shock. Vůz objednávám pravidelně a je hotov ještě ten samý den (olej/filtry, příprava na technickou, drobné opravy atd...). Nejedná se o žádný podvodný servis, kde okradou jak můžou. Rozhodně doporučuji! Always perfect service and very nice and helpful staff. I order the car regularly and it is ready the same day (oil / filters, preparation for technical, minor repairs, etc ...). Žiadna komunikácia o cene so zákazníkom. Vymenili za tovar,aký chceli oni a musel som zaplatiť predraženú vec. Nakoniec ale dali malú zľavu,takže dávam 2 hviezdy. No něco jiného u Straky přijel jsem s píchnutým kolem a ještě k tomu odešla baterie u auta. Tak pneu bude v poledne samozřejmě pneu se hned objednalo nebyl rozměr na skladě to by musel být obr sklad aby měli všechny rozměry. Bakterie vyměněná na počkání a tak v poledne bude i pneu a já zase budu moci drandit po Praze. Prostě paráda. Díky zase někdy příště. They also did not want to refund me the money for the job. They did pay to have my car checked over at the dealership where I bought it and agreed to pay for any damage but somehow there was no major damage. Not racing back to go here.
