Nemyslím si že by mi odpustili nějaký nedostatek, ale nejednali povýšeně, nebyli tu naštvaní a nepříjemní, bylo kam si sednout - při tom jsem mohl sledovat co se s mým autem děje, ... WC čisté, výborné mokačíno, ... a hlavně vše jde jak po drátku, přesně dle objednání. Doporučuji!!! For the first time, I felt like a person and a customer at STK. I will definitely be back here. I don't think they would forgive me for any shortcomings, but they didn't act arrogantly, they weren't upset and uncomfortable, there was nowhere to sit - I could watch what was happening to my car ... toilet clean, excellent mocha, ... and most importantly everything goes smoothly, exactly according to the order. I recommend!!!
P	Pavel Blahák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost, když mi dali 30 dní na opravu, tak jsem to pochopil, oprava svépomocí to měla vyřešit. Říkal jsem si, že mě poslali pryč, protože dané místo vypadalo jako neošetřené (Lehce promáčklý zadní sloupek a prasklina na jednom ze světel u tohoto sloupku - která neovlivňuje světelnost). Technik ani neřekl co přesně mu na daných místech vadí, jen že to nesplňuje normy a že není žádný mechanik a nijak mi radit co s autem udělat nemusí.. Sloupek jsem srovnal jak jen jsem byl sám schopný a světlo slepil stejným průhledným materiálem k sobě. Po příjezdu mi ten stejný arogantní technik sdělil, že nesmí být žádná prasklinka ani lepená a prý je nedostatečná mezera mezi kufrem a karoserií u daného sloupku. Je to vyloženě plivnutí do obličeje, řeší nesmysly, které naprosto nemají šanci ovlivnit funkci ani bezpečnost vozu. Vzhledem k velikosti zadních světel (VW Passat B7) taky nechápu řešení tenké praskliny, na silnicích jezdí hromady vraků s malými světly a ty technickou bez problémů projdou. Takže mi dali C a v podstatě jsem již nesměl od technické ani odjet. Tady se sám už určitě nikdy neukážu a auto už od nynějška budu dávat vždy někomu, kdo mi ho technickou kontrolou protáhne, hádat se s arogantním technikem již nehodlám. A very bad experience when they gave me 30 days to repair it, so I understood, the self-repair was supposed to solve it. I thought they sent me away because the place looked untreated (Slightly dented rear pillar and a crack in one of the lights near that pillar - which doesn't affect the brightness). The technician did not even say what exactly bothered him in the given places, only that it does not meet the standards and that he is not a mechanic and does not advise me what he does not have to do with the car. Upon arrival, the same arrogant technician told me that there should be no crack or glued and that there is insufficient gap between the trunk and body at the post. It is clearly a spit in the face, it solves nonsense that has absolutely no chance to affect the function or safety of the car. Due to the size of the rear lights (VW Passat B7), I also do not understand the solution of a thin crack, there are piles of wrecks with small lights on the roads and the technical ones pass without any problems. So they gave me a C and basically I wasn't even allowed to leave the technical area. I will definitely never show up here again, and from now on I will always give the car to someone who will pass it to me by technical inspection, I no longer intend to argue with an arrogant technician.
