Už před rokem jsem se zařekla /kdy mě 7,10 min oznámili, že je plno/, že toto STK NIKDY nevyužiju... Včera jsem opět dostala přes .... Jsem nepoučitelná. Dnes na STK v Tišnově, klid, pohoda, přijela jsem na 7,00 odjížděla za 35 min s vyřízenou evidenční kontrolou. Takže někde to jde, někde ne. Odradila mě už arogantní paní na recepci, kdy rozhovor probíhal asi takto: Co vy chcete? - Potřebovala bych evidenční prohlídku. - Ráno v 7. - Měla jsem informaci, že na evidenční se není třeba objednávat a marně jsem se zkoušela ještě třikrát k vám dovolat. - My nemáme čas brát telefony, my vyřizujeme auta. Ráno v 7....Nokonec jsem využila služeb STK v Tišnově a úplná spokojenost. Evidenční prohlídka na počkání. I completely agree with the experience from previous negative reviews. Na technickou se nelze objednat, na stránkách i telefonicky doporučují auto ráno přistavit a vyzvednout ke konci pracovní doby, ale už v 7 ráno je na dveřích cedule, že je kapacita technických kontrol vyčerpaná. Nabídnou Vam vyzvednutí o pár dní později, ale auto tam musíte nechat nebo zkusit štěstí jiný den nebo jinde. Plýtvají vaším časem protože si to můžou, kvůli státem garantovanému přísunu aut, dovolit. Neskrývaná arogance paní v evidenci a radost z toho, že mi to dneska nevyšlo, je asi nejlepší vizitkou tohoto STK. Unfortunately, I have to confirm most of the negative reviews below.
