Byl jsem objednaný na STK+emise na čas 6:30-8:00, u registrace jsem byl v 6:31, odevzdal klíče, doklady a zaplatil poplatek - ale nedostal jsem žádný doklad, proti kterému bych auto poté dostal nazpět. Takže v podstatě kdokoliv, kdo je v čekárně přítomen se může o auto přihlásit.
Jako nejhorší věc hodnotím to, že přes objednání a dodržení času příchodu začal prohlídka auta až v 8:20, přičemž bylo jasně vidět, že na inspekční lince se nic nejméně do 8:15 nedělo a až po mé urgenci došlo k zahájení prohlídky auta. V registraci k tomu seděla "velmi milá a příjemná dáma", která mě jako jedinou odpověď na otázku, kdy bude celá prohlídka ukončena, sdělila, že si mohu jít stěžovat vedoucímu. Náznak jakéhokoliv přívětivého jednání ke mě i ostatním zákazníkům, jako například: "omlouváme se, prohlídka se zpozdí, běžte do práce, já vám zavolám jakmile bude vaše auto připraveno", zcela nepadal v úvahu.
Nezbývá než varovat ostatní ať si vezmou na čtení příhodnou literaturu, jako třeba Vojna a Mír, což svým rozsahem zhruba odpovídá.
 I do not strictly recommend.
I was ordered for MOT + issues for 6: 30-8: 00, I was at the registration at 6:31, handed over the keys, documents and paid the fee - but I did not receive any document against which I would then get the car back. So basically anyone who is present in the waiting room can sign up for a car.
The worst thing is that, despite ordering and adhering to the time of arrival, the car inspection did not start until 8:20, and it was clear that nothing had happened on the inspection line until at least 8:15, and only after my urgency did the car inspection begin. There was a "very nice and pleasant lady" in the registration, who, as the only answer to the question of when the whole tour will end, told me that I could go to complain to the manager. A hint of any friendly treatment towards me and other customers, such as: "we apologize, the inspection will be delayed, go to work, I will call you as soon as your car is ready", was completely out of the question.
All that remains is to warn others to take appropriate literature to read, such as War and Peace, which roughly corresponds in scope.
