★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá arogance! Paní na infolince mě sdělila, že na evidenční kontroly se není potřeba objednat, že je dělají vždy ráno od 7:00. V práci si domluvím volno. 6:50 přijedu. Od 7:00 odbavují svoje kámoše, kteří chodí rovnou za technikama. 7:20 vyjde pán, kouká na mě co otravuju a suše mě povídá, že bez objednání neberou, ať si jedu jinam.
Absolute arrogance! The lady at the infoline told me that there is no need to order check-in, that they always do it in the morning from 7:00. I can take time off at work. I'm coming. From 7:00, they check in with their friends who go straight to the technicians. 7:20 the gentleman comes out, watches me bother me, and tells me dryly that they don't take them anywhere else without an order.
