I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the repair and especially the resolution of the insurance claim for an older car. In the summer I had an unintentional car accident - broken tail light, bumper, bent 5th door, just a knock. The culprit's insurance company approached the resolution of the insured event in such a way that it was a total damage; any discussion on the price of the repair and the value of the car led nowhere. I said it doesn't matter, I have additional insurance for an unintentional accident with my insurance company, with it the solution will be easier and the costs will only re-invoice the culprit to the insurance company. Well, I was wrong, again completely underestimated the price of the vehicle and the solution is only a total damage. After two months with a wrecked car in the garage, I started looking for legal help, and the EUCS paid for a car valuation. Although they would not help me with the solution of a variant of damage other than the total, but at least they were willing to help me get a calculation of the total from the real price of the car for the difference. At that moment, something enlightened me, I arranged a visit to Auto Tesárek, where until then I was only dealing with the routine maintenance of another car, and the whole solution of the insured event began to take a completely different direction. I don't know how, but the employees were able to force the insurance company to take into account the real price of the car, and the solution to the damage in the form of a total became the repair of the vehicle and the culprit of the accident insurance. Once again, I would like to thank Auto Tesárek and its employees for professional repair and painting of the vehicle after the accident, but mainly for their help in resolving the insured event, which forced the insurance company to comply with the law and would cost me a lot of time and worries and which I probably would not be able to .
