P	Petr Štěrba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dlouhé době zase jeden šílený „uživatelský“ zážitek: Trojan Pneu. Jel jsem tam hlavně kvůli uskladnění pneu, které jsem si předem výslovně telefonicky domluvil. Gumy přezuli (1.643,-Kč, bez komentáře), ale nacpali mi je zpět do kufru. Prý jsem si je dovolil koupit na internetu, a ne u nich, takže za trest a jako „převýchova“. Trestají tak ale hlavně sebe sami, pominu to, že uskladnění gum za 980 Kč přes zimu není nějaká milost, ale hlavně firma, která neplní, co slíbila, zvorá to a neumí říct ani „pardon“, nemůže být důvěryhodná. Je mi líto, ale nejsem povinen předem hlásit, kde a jak jsem gumy pořídil (a při domlouvání se na to neptali), stejně tak nebudu nikomu předem hlásit velikost své nohy, když potřebuju za běžnou úplatu uskladnit pneumatiky. Třešničkou na dortu bylo, že tam neumí přijímat platební karty. Ne, děkuji, už nikdy víc a pojedu raději někam dál. After a long time, another crazy "user" experience: Trojan Pneu. I went there mainly to store the tires, which I had explicitly arranged in advance by phone. The tires were changed (CZK 1,643, no comments), but they stuffed them back into my suitcase. It is said that I allowed myself to buy them on the Internet, not from them, so as punishment and as "re-education". But they mainly punish themselves, I will omit the fact that storing rubber for 980 CZK over the winter is not a kind of grace, but mainly a company that does not fulfill what it promised, twists it and can't even say "sorry", can't be trustworthy. I'm sorry, but I'm not required to report in advance where and how I bought the tires (and they didn't ask if they agreed), nor will I report the size of my foot to anyone in advance when I need to store tires for a regular fee. The icing on the cake was that he couldn't accept credit cards there. No, thank you, never again and I'd rather go somewhere else.

Přehození sady kol+vyvážení 1750,- a to tam snad nakonec nová závažíčka ani nedávali.... The price / performance ratio for me is quite bad, about 5 km he gave in Úvaly much cheaper and they will do the work min. the same. When it is closed everywhere else but good .. Changing the set of wheels + balance 1750, - and maybe they didn't even put new weights there in the end ....
