★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráno jsem zjistil návštěvu kuny v motoru a rozkousanou podtlakovou hadičku. V ten den po obědě bylo auto opravené :-).
In the morning I found a visit to the marten in the engine and a bitten vacuum hose. The day after lunch the car was repaired :-).

- při servisu nedokáže dát ani správné svíčky
Kupováno zde auto - vyhledáno přes stránky škoda plus. Ve skutečnosti se jednalo o komisní prodej jednoho jejich zaměstnance, tedy auto nepatřilo servisu a na stránkách Škoda Plus nemělo co pohledávat. Pro mě to ale byla známka důvěry. Auto neprošlo řádnou prohlídkou. Po dvou týdnech od koupě začali problémy, podle této prodejny rozvody a samozřejmě na ně se záruka není. Rozvody jsem nakonec nechal vyměnit, po dohadech, kdy jsem upozorňoval na neférové jednání ohledně vystavování auta na stránkách Škoda Plus a že nebyla provedena řádná kontrola, porucha auta hned po 14 dnech, personál začal být hrubý a velmi agresivní.
Problémy však přetrvávali, po předchozích problémech jsem se na nějakou záruku vykašlal, dal to k našemu technikovi, který ihned po prohlídce nalezl závadu v zapalovacích cívkách, kde byly potřeba vyměnit všechny 4. Dále zjistil, že servis sice před prodejem dal sice nové svíčky a zapsal to do servisní knížky, ale tento tip svíček do tohoto auta nepatří a vyvolává další potíže. Po výměně cívek i svíček vše najednou v pořádku a auto jezdí jak má. Jak toto autorizovaný a "profesionální" servis mohl přehlédnout???

Bought a car here - searched through the škoda plus website. In fact, it was a commission sale of one of their employees, so the car did not belong to the service and had nothing to look for on the Škoda Plus website. But for me, it was a sign of trust. The car did not pass the proper inspection. After two weeks of purchase began problems, according to this store divorces and of course there is no warranty on them. In the end, I had the divorces replaced, after speculation, when I pointed out the unfair conduct regarding the display of the car on the Škoda Plus website and that there was no proper inspection, car breakdown after 14 days, the staff became rude and very aggressive.
However, the problems persisted, after previous problems I coughed up some warranty, he gave it to our technician, who immediately after the inspection found a defect in the ignition coils, where it was necessary to replace all 4. He also found that the service did sell new spark plugs and he wrote it down in the service book, but this tip of spark plugs does not belong in this car and causes other problems. After replacing the coils and spark plugs, everything is fine at once and the car is driving as it should. How could this authorized and "professional" service be overlooked ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vyhněte se obloukem servisu, oprava v rámci svolávací akce dopadla netěsnícím chladícím okruhem, čtyřmi reklamacemi a vždy průběh reklamace takový, že na opravu vlastní chyby nemaji čas a nejbližší termín za 2-3 týdny a to ještě mají tu drzost si reklamaci nechat zaplatit,
co vše se ještě poškodí používáním neřeší, třeba turbo chlazené vodou
než ste se v aute vrtali tak fungovalo 100%
zde pracují jen diletanti, jelikož auto prošlo rukama více techniků dle protokolů
