 Super service. A helpful technician brought the battery. Namontil, he took the old one. Free !! Realization from payment about an hour. For me the service of the year i2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi doporucuji. Chystam se sem znovu s novym/starsim vozem na analyzu baterie a pripadnou koupi nove.
I highly recommend. I'm going here again with a new / older car to analyze the battery and possibly buy a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto skvělý přístup k zákazníkům! Velký výběr baterií více značek i typů. Pan (majitel) mi zachránil zimní cestu s autem, kde se ještě v Rakousku náhle odporoučel alternátor. Původní aku mi zdarma dobil a za slušnou cenu prodal další akumulátor na dojetí, zatímco jsme si dali snídani a kafe v nedaleké kavárně. Podařilo se tak dojet zbylých 150km bez dalšího odtahu, který už by nekryla asistenční pojistka. Byly to sice nervy :), ale vše klaplo, takže ještě jednou díky.
Great access to customers! Large selection of batteries of more brands and types. Mr. (owner) saved me the winter road with a car, where the alternator suddenly left in Austria. The original battery recharged me for free and sold another battery to finish while we had breakfast and coffee at a nearby café. We managed to reach the remaining 150 km without any further towing, which would not cover the assistance insurance. They were nerves :) but everything worked out, so thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím jen na zásilkovnu, ale ... Pan majitel příjemný člověk, slečna se na mě nikdy ani neusmála, ale to nevypovídá nic o jejích odborných znalostech :-)
I only go to the delivery room, but ... Mr. owner a nice person, the lady never even smiled at me, but it says nothing about her expertise :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes výměna baterie u Škoda Fabia.Bez objednání za 15 minut.Vyměnila šikovná slečna,která byla na prodejně.Ta "baba" :-D je borec,klobouk dolů.Mechanici byli mimo firmu.Kontrolní měření stávající nevyhovující a následně výměna.Takže!!!!!! Dobrá komunikace-ochota-rychlost-cena-likvidace staré baterie.Více takových firem,co si váží zákazníka.Vřele doporučuji,naprostá spokojenost.Již jsem zde byla se dvěmi auty a budu se vracet.Kdyby bylo více hvězd,máte je ;-).
Today, the battery was replaced by the Škoda Fabia. No order in 15 minutes. Replaced by a handy lady who was at the store. The "baba" :-D is a guy, hat down. The mechanics were out of the company. Control measurements of the existing unsatisfactory and then replacement. So! !!!!! Good communication-willingness-speed-price-disposal of old batteries. More such companies that value the customer. I highly recommend, complete satisfaction. I've been here with two cars and I'll be back. If there were more stars, you have them ;-) .
