I bought a Škoda Octavia RS 2017 car with a mileage of about 104 tkm. After the summer season, I can recommend the seller and thank Mr. Němec for his helpfulness.

We bought an Audi Q5 here. Car quality, price, dealer approach, car purchase and everything around it. I was completely satisfied with everything. The car is like new. Despite the fact that the processing took longer and we stayed there after the closing time, the gentlemen were completely calm, we settled everything and we left with the new car of the house. You will rarely find such a solid seller. Thank you very much again. EDIT: Even after 3 months, the seller did not send us the Service Book, which, according to the advertisement and the words of the seller, the car SHOULD personally have. We also found out that the car had been demolished from the side. (I also asked the dealer 10 times if the car was undamaged. I was told several times that it never was!). My mistake was not to measure it myself and check it thoroughly. The divorces were supposed to be done. After inspection, they are still original. I take 2 stars here.

Hello, I chose this DAN and SYN car center according to a review on the internet. First experience telephone SUPER (speaking with 3 employees) pleasant helpful. I also bought the car I looked for here. So one day I looked for a car at this car center on the net and went to look at it. Even though there was a slight engine failure on the car, they still allowed me to inspect the car and drive a short distance. After this test drive, I showed interest in the car, so we agreed that when the engine was rectified, they would call the number they had stored in their system under my name. After a week, no one called me, so I called the car center myself to see how the car was about to be repaired, after which I was told that the car had already been sold !!! Although the dealings with the gentlemen were initially accommodating and they gained my trust, this unpleasantly surprising situation led me to believe that they were correct. I wish everyone else who chooses a car here more luck in shopping and fair dealing. Re: Thank you for the answer, but you probably misunderstood what I wrote before and forgot what we agreed on. I was interested in the car, but it never occurred to me that you were selling a car that was just being prepared for sale even with a defective engine, which was not even mentioned on the net! You said that you would have the car serviced immediately and repaired, which you probably didn't even do if another customer bought the car with the specified defect after a week! Do you really think that someone would make a booking deposit for a car with an unclear engine defect? What matters to me is that we agreed to fix the car and get in touch with me. And you didn't. On the other hand, you forgot to mention that you will continue to sell the car even with this defect! Bye.

Very pleasant environment and fair agreement. I looked on the net Octavia, I called them on Monday, the car was described in detail, they even took extra pictures and sent me a photo of all the scratches, etc. to my satisfaction, as I could only arrive at the weekend, we agreed to send a deposit in advance to the account to hold my car and not sell it to anyone else. Everything on the spot was in line with the description, all pleasant, good-natured, no pressure or business loops, plus a clean and fragrant environment and free coffee from the cafe. I also received a 3-year warranty on the car. The light bulb on the license plate did not light up, it was resolved within 5 minutes and I left the house satisfied. If you want a really fair bazaar, I recommend Dan and son and his team.
