★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní zkušenosti už bych pro baterie jinam nejel. Ochota, slušnost, snaha co nejlépe poradit a vysvětlit. Starou baterii v areálu prodáte, což vám příjemně sníží cenu té nové. Děkuji kdyby to takto fungovalo všude... Všem doporučuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevídaně arogantní obsluha, když jsem se podivil, že požadují poplatek za osobní odběr, tak mi sdělil, že bude lepší, když už k nim příště nepřijdu. Nic jsem předem neobjednával, přišel jsem do prodejny a chtěl si odnést baterii. Poněkud svérázný boj o zákazníka.
An unprecedented arrogant staff, when I was surprised that they demanded a personal collection fee, he told me that it would be better if I did not come to them next time. I didn't order anything in advance, I came to the store and wanted to take the battery. A rather peculiar customer struggle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! I came with my car and just unplugged my old starter battery. They measured and I agreed it was on end of its lifetime. (from summer I had to get 3 times starting aid, and was in total 5 times so deeply discharged that I needed to charge it manually) Then I got in 5 seconds a better and new model of the same type, they explained why o needed it because of my type of connectors etc. Super service. In the same courtyard I sold the old one for good money so I have now a new battery Value of 2200kc (in other shops 2700...) and got old sold for 320, so in total I had amazing service a battery from 2700 value for 1880,- I will come back and all my friends in future!
