D	Dagmar Buršová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, dne 30.12.2021 jsme u pana Libora koupili vůz Toyota RAV4. Touto cestou bychom chtěli poděkovat za vstřícnost a férové jednání. Koupě vozu se nám trochu komplikovala ze zdravotních důvodu . Pro pana Libora to nebyl žádný problém, měl pochopeni a ve všem nám vyšel vstříc. Na prohlídku vozu jsme si mohli přivézt vlastního automechanika, který vůz prohlédl, vyzkoušel jízdu a vůz nám DOPORUČIL. Kdykoliv potřebujeme nějakou radu ohledně auta, vždy s námi pan Libor komunikuje a je velice OCHOTNÝ. Autobazar doporučujeme.Přejeme úspěšný, ale hlavně zdraví nový rok 2022. ???. Jediné, co bych vytkl je lehká nesrozumitelnost a kostrbatost smluv, nicméně jak píšu.. vše i tak funguvalo dle dohdnutého a auto se rychle prodalo.

Jsme nadmíru spokojeni nejen s přístupem ale třeba i s tím, že k vozu byla druhá sada kol a ty nám automaticky prodávající v mezi čase než se udělala evidenční kotrola a pojištění nechal na autě přehodit. Ač se snaží s vámi domluvit tak pouze a jen v jeho prospěch. Vozidlo několikrát reklamované a i přes jasnou poruchu vozu jim není blbé reklamaci zamítnout.. důrazně nedoporučuji. Samozřejmě pokud budete mít štěstí tak majitel je vstřícný a ochotný. Ale pokud koupíte auto s vadou tak z vás majitel dělá blbec a i když se snaží domluvit je to jen ve prospěch bazaru. Vůz jsem si nejdřív prohlédnul a vypadal hezky. V rámci zkušební projížďky jsem vzal auto na předem domluvenou prohlídku do servisu, kde auto zvedli a kontrolovali cca. 30 minut. Poté mi sdělili, že byla neodborně opravena přední část vozidla po havárii, to samé i zadní část. Automobil byl celý přelakovaný, což potvrdila i měřička laku v servisu. Vlhkost ve vozidle a začínající plíseň. Automobil celkově ve velmi špatném stavu - cena o 30 tis. vyšší než u obdobných vozidel. Když jsem přijel a vše sdělil prodejci, začal na mě být arogantní a tvrdil, že si vše vymýšlím. Absolutně nedoporučuji!!! I had a very bad experience with this used car. Pokud se přeci jen pro bazar rozhodnete, všimněte si pána co běhá po dvoře a opravuje vozidla. Majitel rádoby vstřícný ale při větším problému arogantní a řeší vše jen ve svůj prospěch. Reklamace opakovaně zamítá. Pozitivní komentáře snad musí být falešné, a kdo napíše pravdu, tak majitel odpoví IRELEVANTNÍ nebo že si spletli autobazar, nebo že si dotyčný vůz u nich nezakoupil. Za mě rada, mám několik vozů z jiných bazarů a s tímto jsem se ještě nesetkal. HRŮZA a v žádném případě nedoporučuji!! Absolute disappointment. Avoid the used car arc.
