M	Martin Kalabek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V autobazaru jsme koupili vuz Toyota Yaris. Tou dobou se jednalo o jeden z nejdrazsich Yarisu dane motorizace a vybavy. Prodejce p. Simek nam vychvalil stav vozu a dany model. Po koupi jsme zjistili spotrebu oleje 1.2l na 1000km. Vuz jsme reklamovali, autobazar uznal problem a zajistil generalni opravu motoru. Po par dnech od prevzeti opraveneho automobilu jsme zpozorovali unik chladici kapaliny z motoru (foto 1). Opet reklamace, opraveno. Po tydnu znovu opraveneho vozu jsme si vsimli louze oleje pod autem (foto 2 a 3). Znovu reklamovano, opraveno. Mysleli jsme si, ze do tretice se vse povedlo. Po 8 mesicich a 8000km, od opravy, motor zaklepal a je na novou generalni opravu. Dle pana Simka je to zcela bezne, ze motor po GO a 8000km je nefunkcni a ze mame smulu. Jako reseni navrhnul opravu u nich v servisu, tentokrat 100% placenou nami. Zaroven bych chtel pochvalit pristup pana Brunclika, ktery s nami resil nektere reklamace. Jeho pristup byl velmi lidsky. Po me zkusenosti doporucuji se vyhnout tomuto bazaru a servisu Toyota. We bought a Toyota Yaris car at the used car dealership. As a solution, he suggested a repair at their service, this time 100% paid by us. At the same time, I would like to commend the approach of Mr Brunclik, who resolved some complaints with us. His approach was very human. After my experience, I recommend avoiding this bazaar and Toyota service.
A	Audit Vozidel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve skvělé zkušenosti, včera nepříjená obsluha bazaru. Na vozidle uvedená nepravdivá výbava (tempomat a parkovací kamera - není na vozidle). Servisní kniha vedena - nepravdivá informace - sevisní kniha tištěna v excelu. Vozidlo havarované na zadní část a lakováno. Při této informaci se nám prodávající vysmál. Veřím, že se kvalita bazaru Toyota zlepší. V současné chvíli nedoporučujeme. Previously great experience, yesterday unacceptable bazaar service. M	Michal Jeníček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S timto autobazarem mam zkusenost pouze v pripade vykupu meho auta jako protiucet v ramci koupe noveho auta. Moje zkusenost: Chtel jsem oceni Ford Focus II (2005), ktery jsem si privezl z nemecka a jezdim s nim tady pres 8 let. O auto se staram, avsak zub casu je znat na karoserii. Pan z autobazaru si auto odvezl a po cca 15ti minutach mi prisel vratit klicky s tim, ze auto nema zadnou vykupni hodnotu a abych se o tom nezkousel nikterak bavit, tak na me zacal palit nasledujici duvody: 1) auto bylo zrejme bourane na zadni blatnik a neodborne opravene. No pardon, najezdil jsem s autem 80 000,- a tahle zavada se nikde neprojevila. Servisoval jsem ve Fordu i pokoutne, ale tohle nikdy nikdo nezminoval. Ano blatnik je zrezly, stejne jako podbehy, ale s tim to nabizim, to neni vada k dalsimu jezdeni (na technicke proslo bez problemu) 2) tomu stavu tachometru taky neverim. No je tam 190 000,- ale i kdyby to nekdo nekde stocil a melo tam byt treba 230 000,- co to sakra meni na 13 let starem dieselu? Ja v prubehu jezdeni nechal udelat rozvody, vymenil altik, koupil fung novej ford DPF, koupil novy turbo, vymenil vsechny brzdy, pravidelne servisoval kazdy rok (vymeny oleju a filtru). 3) to auto je v nemcine. No je, ale vzhledem k tomu, jake udaje v nemcine auto nabizi k precteni na dvouradkovem display palubniho pocitace, tak to proste neni duvod nabidnout za auto 1kc. S	Stani Mielke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V autobazaru Louwman se mi od začatku až do předání věnoval pán Brunclík. Velmi ochotný, pracovník, který mi vše vysvětlil a poradil i s pojištěním vozidla. Vozidlo bylo přesně v takovém stavu , jak ho fima nabízela v inzerátu. Kontrolu provedl také nezávazný poradce. S autovazarem jsem byla velmi spokojená a mohu jen doporučit. At the Louwman car dealership, Mr. Brunclík took care of me from the beginning until the handover. Very helpful, worker who explained everything to me and also advised on vehicle insurance. The vehicle was in exactly the condition as offered by fima in the ad. The inspection was also performed by a non-binding advisor. I was very satisfied with the car bazaar and I can only recommend it.
