Autocentrum Auto Mates - Nový dvůr

My wife and I chose a specific car (Fiat Tipo), I am in the field of cars, service and diagnostics, so here is a review: Great seller, solid human approach, great deal, speak straight out, no sauce around. I used to call the Czech used car market a cesspool full of former money changers, blacksmiths, "master repairmen" who sell 2 wrecked cars in one piece. Choosing a solid used car in the Czech Republic is real hell. I am glad that this does not apply here, this seller is the exact opposite of what is unfortunately common in the Czech Republic. I have been following the seller's offers on their website for several years. Our purchase consisted of a total of 3 visits. At first, we were more interested in the dealer's item, especially in the overall quality of all cars sold and the dealer's approach. We had fun like people, no sauce, no forcing exposed vehicles. Pleasant talk with the lady in general about the vehicles, what they import and according to what criteria they choose the vehicles. We thoroughly inspected several vehicles and went on a test drive with one, the lady willingly gave us her time, even though she knew that we would definitely not buy anything that day, if at all. The second visit already involved a tour of a specific vehicle, it was not even on the Internet, but after a phone call with the owner, I knew about it, the lady willingly sent me photos and a price offer by e-mail, without undue delay. We have arranged a tour date for Sunday. We arrived in the morning, it was a bit lukewarm outside, the vehicle was cleaned at the service door, the engine was cold, as it should be when buying a vehicle (for the ignorant, the sellers mask various problems by warming up the engine before the customer arrives). The owner, provided all the service documentation and let us inspect the car in peace, no coercion or talk about how amazing the car is. This was followed by a test drive, which I happily finished 2 villages further, while I was offered the opportunity to go further. I agreed with the seller to make a deposit, chose winter tires and discs, a road bike and asked for an oil change. The third visit consisted of taking over the vehicle and arranging compulsory liability with ČPP, here I must again praise the service both in solving the compulsory liability and in handing over the vehicle. The lady will be happy to help with matters related to insurance even after the purchase of a vehicle. All documentation, including the purchase contract, is in order, no ambiguities. The price is clear, no traps, we did not even negotiate the price, due to the quality of the car, there was nothing to negotiate. To sum it up, a great dealer with a human approach and cars in great condition. I wouldn't be afraid to shop here again. PS: It is not a standard bazaar, rather it operates as a family business, the vehicles are actually located around the village, on private fenced land, as they have a problem with space for now, it is important, but the quality of vehicles offered and staff access, vehicle descriptions are available at their site. You can drive that piece, it's not such a problem (someone here in the review insulted the seller because of this, he probably prefers well-established large car bazaars). I have driven over 1000 km with the vehicle in less than a week, it has been inspected really thoroughly, including the chassis, body and engine. Maximum satisfaction, it even smelled of factory novelty, which cannot be said of all the new baking pans that carmakers are currently storing in all possible parking lots and mold is growing in them. Purchased Fiat Tipo kombi 1.4 T-jet S-design, with a mileage of 40,000 km, age 3 years. Almost indistinguishable from a new piece. Thank you to the seller for a great deal.

Access proportional to the amount of work, the workshop is full, so there is no time for large equipment, but still sends photo documentation of the defect and repair. Finding a good alpha service is not easy, but I will definitely continue to drive Mates car. Normal prices, all problems resolved. Satisfaction

I'd like to write my experience in selling and acquiring Alpha at Mates Auto. Unfortunately, I sold 159 no longer in ideal condition and decided not to invest in it, and to buy a new one. This was also reflected in the market price. At the same time, I also asked (and saw a few) MiTo. Martin Tesař called to buy 159 and, incidentally, the day before he brought a nice MiTo 1.4 Turbo Multiar 99kW ETNA BLACK from Germany. We talked more or less over the phone and I brought 159, and took MiTo. I said I wouldn't buy a used Alpha from the "random bazaar" anymore. This is my third Alpha. To get a car - I have no reason to doubt that in Mates Auto somehow hide technical defects or the condition of the car, on the contrary everything the mechanics knew I was told and MiTo itself is well preserved with service history (at least book + can be seen that car was cared). It allowed a long test drive and a jack truck without a problem. Of course, with every used car one has to count on the initial investment in the order of units / tens of% of the purchase value of the Alf cord if one takes it responsibly. The initial service (oil + geometry) just confirmed what people wrote here and the fact that Alfam really understands, and even though I have it from Prague, so for greater service, I will certainly return here. The only drawback was due to the wrong operation in the diagnosis of the car when changing the oil and therefore MiTo had to Imofy here in Prague, but service action it is not dizzyingly expensive and there were a few things to replace in service (battery, candles, socket at the tailpipe, el. clutch sensor) of which half of the preventive. The import technical equipment + MATES AUTO emission was provided when the car was taken over. Martin / Mates car itself is very busy PO-SO and does about ten things at once, so catching it can sometimes be more difficult, but I can not complain about any lack of communication. Of course the car may crash tomorrow, but that's one thing you just won't affect - just give Alfička everything you need and don't think about it :) So in the end I have good experience with purchasing used Alfa in MATES AUTO and I will be happy to come back for another piece / service again. I recommend a great used car to everyone. If you want an Italian car then only a Mates car. Friendly staff, quick agreement and cars in great condition for an even better price. I can recommend to all 10 out of 10

Probably more reviews for ladies. I like to come back here with my Alpha. It was very difficult to find a car mechanic who was not trying to "stretch" a woman. When they told me at another service station that it would cost me 11,000 to replace the window puller, I wanted to throw up ... (maybe they thought I was probably completely stupid and I'll have it fixed for this price) The mates car replaced my puller + new window for a total of 2500, -. Unfortunately, I have it a bit out of hand, but the service is not to blame. Absolute satisfaction. Not elsewhere.

Amazing car bazaar specializing in Italian cars. I was most pleased with the staff, who was very nice and helpful and really understood the cars. I bought Freemont here in absolutely great technical condition. They did not hide any information and negotiated with the customer. More such bazaars ?.
