Vyzkoušel jsem jejich služby pneuservisu a musím říct ze naprosto perfektní jak práce tak přístup k zákazníkovi.
Potřeboval jsem přezout co nejdříve, vyšli mě maximálně vstříc s termínem.
Na rozdíl od ostatních pneuservisu v okolí (zkušenost Tišnov, Kuřim) mají i myčku kol takže kola nejsou “dohrabané” a špinavé jak je jinde zvykem.
Mechanik pneuservis naprostý profík na kterém je vidět že ho práce baví a rozumí ji.
Děkuji a rad se na podzim zase vrátím!!

I tried their tire service and I have to say that the work and the approach to the customer are absolutely perfect.
I needed to change my clothes as soon as possible, they met me as much as possible with a deadline.
Unlike other tire services in the area (experience Tišnov, Kuřim), they also have a bike wash, so the wheels are not "dug" and dirty as usual.
The tire service mechanic is an absolute pro who shows that he enjoys the work and understands it.
Thank you and I will be back again in the fall !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super přístup, rychlá domluva a ještě rychlejší oprava. Svoje auto budu dávat už jen do Cars Forever Tišnov. Jako bonus si můžete nechat auto umýt a vyčistit interiér což je za mě taky super.
Super access, quick agreement and even faster repair. I will only put my car in Cars Forever Tišnov. As a bonus, you can have your car washed and clean the interior, which is great for me too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super servis, dokonce s čekárnou vybavenou televizí, pohovkou, kávovarem a taky, pokud začmucháte, pravou ukrajinskou pálenkou:)
Super service, even with a waiting room equipped with TV, sofa, coffee maker and also, if you sniff, real Ukrainian brandy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní servis! Příjemné a ochotné jednání! Měl jsem problém se záporným odklonem levého předního kola, tudíž auto uhýbalo na jednu stranu. Mechanik mi podrobně celou opravu důkladně popsal a vysvětlil. Když bylo hotovo, tak mi dokonce nabídli, že pro mě přijedou. Paráda! Auto jede konečně rovně, jsem nadmíru spokojen! Doporučuji!
Perfect service! Pleasant and helpful dealings! I had a problem with the negative deflection of the left front wheel, so the car swerved to one side. The mechanic thoroughly described and explained the whole repair to me. When it was done, they even offered to come for me. Great! The car is finally going straight, I'm extremely satisfied! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit 2021: Předchozí komentář jsem smazal. Servis se změnil a není fér a nechat staré hodnocení na v podstatě změněnou, čti jinou, firmu.
Tak v CarsForever je to již jinak. Servis je více profesionální, službami se přibližuje značkovému servisu. Ceny šly sice nahoru, ale stejně tak i kvalita služeb.
Zatím mám jen 2 zkušenosti, ale již není důvod k nespokojenosti. Navíc
byli vždy ochotní, termín přijetí do servisu rychlý. Stejně jako doba oprav.
Takže vlastně kvalitní servis.

Pravidelný servis včetně přezutí provedeno v jeden den.Oceňuji ochotu a vysvětlení provedených práci servisního technika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aby to tady nebylo plné pozitivních recenzí, rád bych přispěl naštěstí ne svou osobní zkušeností, ale zklamáním mého kolegy, který Váš servis navštívil. Předmětem opravy byla Škoda Fabia III 1.4 TDI, konkrétně motor, který spotřebovával chladicí kapalinu. Ve Vašem servisu proběhla oprava tohoto motoru za cca. 40 000,-. Závada však odstraněna nebyla a situace je stejná jako před opravou. Když se Vám zákazník ozval, byli mu nabídnuty pouze další placené práce k odstranění závady. Z vlastních zkušeností vím, že žádný servis nemůže mít jen spokojené zákazníky, ale to co předvádíte Vy je ostudou oboru. Zkušenost s Vámi mám i vlastní a to když sem si u Vás byl nechat seřídit geometrii přední nápravy, práce byla natolik kvalitní, že kdyby majitel vozu nebyl trouba, tak bych se vrátil Vám tuto práci omlátit o hlavu. Přeji Vám tímto co nejvíce "neznalých" zákazníků, kteří budou s Vašimi službami spokojeni...

The subject of the repair was the Škoda Fabia III 1.4 TDI, specifically the engine that used coolant. In your service, this engine was repaired in approx. 40 000 CZK. However, the fault has not been rectified and the situation is the same as before the repair. When the customer contacted you, he was only offered additional paid work to eliminate the defect. From my own experience, I know that no service can have only satisfied customers, but what you are showing is a disgrace to the industry. I also have my own experience with you, when I was here to have the geometry of the front axle adjusted to you, the work was so good that if the owner of the car was not an oven, I would return to beat your job. I wish you as many "ignorant" customers as possible who will be satisfied with your services ...
