★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerný personál. Obzvlášť pokladní. Přestože mě vidí čekat u pokladny, povídá si s kolegyní. Po 5 minutách jsem nechal zboží na pásu a šel pryč.
Terrible staff. Especially cashiers. Although he sees me waiting at the cash register, he talks to a colleague. After 5 minutes I left the goods on the belt and walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr zboží a moc pěkný obchod, ale dost pokulhává obsluha. Blonďatá paní za pokladnou, vyloženě sprostá, když špatně vrátila peníze a byla na to upozorněna, ještě nás napadla, že jsme nepříjemní zákazníci. Horší prodavačku snad Tišnov nemá. A bohužel to není poprvé, kdy jsem se s tím na téhle prodejně potýkala. Mužský personál je přitom velmi ochotný. Asi sem už nebudu chodit, protože tohle nemám zapotřebí.
Large selection of goods and a very nice shop, but the staff lags a lot. The blonde lady behind the cash register, downright vulgar when she returned the money badly and was warned about it, still thought that we were unpleasant customers. Perhaps Tišnov does not have a worse saleswoman. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've struggled with this at this store. The male staff is very helpful. I probably won't come here anymore because I don't need this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O radu od prodávajícího se musíte poprat i když v prodejně nejsou zákazníci tak je obtěžuje že musí udělat něco navíc. Smutné a drahé!
You have to ask the seller for advice even if there are no customers in the store, so it bothers them that they have to do something extra. Sad and expensive!

Super prices and excellent selection of assortment. I only came for oil for loss lubrication, but left with a full cart ?. Great satisfaction. Super service from employees ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem běžnou zahradni folii a tento obchod, nedaleko hlavní silnice s možností snadného parkování, se jevil jako bezproblémový. Omyl! Prodavačka při vyslovení požadavku na fólii se cítila téměř dotčena, že po ní něco chceme. Nabízenou pomoc při motání odmítla a přivolala na pomoc kolegyni, která byla už na odchodu domů a rozmrzení dávala silné najevo. Obě odmítly fólii motat, protože ji prý vždycky skládají a nemohly by změřit, kolik ji vymotaly z role. Můj argument, že je fólie stejně na váhu žádná z nich nepochopila. Přes snahu o slušné a vstřícné chování jsem byl přehlížen a jedinou chybu, kterou jsem udělal bylo, že jsem obchod vůbec navštívil. Sem už nikdy!..............Děkuji za následnou reakci vedení obchodu, která svědčí o zájmu na vyřešení situace se špatným personálem. Dodatečně jsem se podíval na hodnocení dalších zákazníků a moje zkušenost není ojedinělá. Držím palce, aby se podařilo napravit pošramocenou pověst. Ze zvědavosti se časem zastavím podívat zda se situace změnila.
I needed a regular garden foil and this shop, near the main road with easy parking, seemed trouble-free. Error! When she asked for the film, the saleswoman almost felt affected that we wanted something from her. She refused the offered help while tangling and called for help from a colleague, who was already on her way home and showed the disgrace strongly. They both refused to twist the film because they said they always composed it and could not measure how much they unwrapped it from the roll. None of them understood my argument that the foil weighed them anyway. Despite trying to be polite and accommodating, I was overlooked and the only mistake I made was to visit the store at all. Never here again! .............. Thank you for the follow-up reaction of the business management, which shows interest in resolving the situation with the wrong staff. Additionally, I looked at the reviews of other customers and my experience is not unique. I keep my fingers crossed that the tarnished reputation will be repaired. Out of curiosity, I will stop over time to see if the situation has changed.
