They did not deliver everything that was paid for, nor did they notify in advance that they would not deliver these items. And they don't respond to emails. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod nekomunikuje, nepřevzal si vratku ve 14 denní lhůtě, ačkoliv jsem se snažila obchod opakovaně m ntaktovat jak emailem, tak telefonicky. Telefonovala jsem do obchodu, kde to nikdo nebere...NEDOPORUČUJI!!!!
The shop does not communicate, it did not take over the return within 14 days, although I tried repeatedly to contact the shop both by email and by phone. I phoned the store where nobody takes it ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslela jsem si, že se jedná o seriózního prodejce, ale asi jsem se spletla. Objednávka udělaná, 3 týdny bez odezvy, jen automatický potvrzující e-mail, na stránkách ujištění, že doručují do 48 hodin. Po měsíci konečně doručeno a já zjistila, že jeden předmět chybí. Telefony nikdo nezvedá, reklamační e-mail bez reakce. Na FB jsem byla vyzvána, ať pošlu mail s číslem objednávky a popisem, od té doby opět bez reakce, telefony překvapivě nic. Měli jsme objednávku za pár tisíc, chyběla jeden kyblík asi za 150 korun. Vážení, sice ten kompostový kyblík byl hlavní důvod celé objednávky a přivedl nás k vám, ale klidně si ho už nechte, na té stovce opravdu nezchudnu. Ale zákaznický servis máte teda prvotřídní! Důvěryhodnost nula.
I thought he was a serious salesman, but I guess I was wrong. Order placed, 3 weeks no response, only automatic confirmation email, on the site assurance that they deliver within 48 hours. After a month finally delivered and I found out that one item is missing. Nobody answers the phone, complaint e-mail without response. On FB I was asked to send an e-mail with the order number and description, since then again without response, phones surprisingly nothing. We had an order for a few thousand, one bucket was missing for about 150 crowns. Ladies and gentlemen, the compost bucket was the main reason for the whole order and it brought us to you, but feel free to keep it, I will not really lose weight in that hundred. But customer service is first class! Credibility zero.
