J	Jake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje zkušenost s tímto autocentrem je taková, že jsem si nechal vozidlo dovést do místa bydliště, kdy vozidlo zkontroloval můj mechanik a zjistil, že auto je prakticky popelnice i když prodejce tvrdil, že je ve 100% stavu. Z motoru tekl olej, geometrie rozházená, litá kola obroušený patníkem, parkovací kamera nefungovala. Aby toho nebylo málo, prodejce se sám přiznal, že ví, odkud olej teče a že to spraví. Takže mi chtěli prodat vozidlo, když věděli, že není v pořádku a zatajili to. Poté koukám, že toto vozidlo za 219k zmizelo z jejich nabídky na 14 dní, a ejhle - nyní je za 239k s úplně stejnými fotkami. Doporučuji před koupí prohlédnout vozidlo velmi důkladně, stejně tak i jeho historii. My experience with this car center is that I had the vehicle brought to my place of residence, when my mechanic checked the vehicle and found that the car is practically a garbage can, even though the seller claimed that it was in 100% condition. Oil flowed from the engine, geometry scattered, alloy wheels sanded with a bollard, the parking camera did not work. To make matters worse, the seller himself admitted that he knew where the oil was coming from and that he would do it. So they wanted to sell me a car when they knew it was wrong and they hid it. Then I see that this vehicle disappeared from their offer for 219 days for 14 days, and lo and behold - now it is for 239k with exactly the same photos. Before buying, I recommend inspecting the vehicle very thoroughly, as well as its history.
M	Martin Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsme z Ostravy, zbytečné 2 hodiny cesty. Ráno jsem volal že jsem auto vybral jestli mužů přijít prohlídku. Oni to řeknu v pořádku, pak jsme dojeli na místě. Pán mi řekl že auto má praskly servo na volanty- auto nemůže ani na startovat. Nedoporučuji toto autobazaru. We are from Ostrava, unnecessary 2 hours journey. In the morning I called that I chose the car if the men come for a tour. They'll say okay, then we arrived on the spot. The gentleman told me that the car has a cracked steering wheel servo - the car can't even start. I do not recommend this used car.

Jsem absolutně spokojen jak s přístupem lidí , kteří zde pracují tak i skoupeným autem . Opravdu vřele doporučuji !!! Jsou to super odborníci . b	bataj17 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autocentrum jsme navštívili cca před rokem. Všechna auta se zdála v perfektním stavu a ceny velice rozumné. Koupili jsme si zde auto dovezené z Itálie, ročník 2002. Při přepisu nám to na STK prolezli a rozpačitě nám oznámili, že nezjistili jedinou závadu. To se mi ještě nestalo a ani jsem o něčem takovém ještě neslyšel. Vždy se najde nějaké lehčí závada. Přístup při prodeji byl velice otevřený a vstřícný. Mohu jen vřele doporučit. We visited the car center about a year ago. All the cars seemed in perfect condition and the prices very reasonable. We bought a car imported from Italy, year 2002. During the transcription, they crawled at the MOT and embarrassedly informed us that they had not found a single defect. That hasn't happened to me yet, and I've never heard of anything like it. There is always a minor glitch. The approach to sales was very open and helpful. I can only highly recommend.

Ve zkratce: před zkušební jízdou jsem upozornil na prázdnou pneumatiku o den odloženo kvůli opravě - oprava spočívala jen v dofouknutí, druhý den po nákupu opět kolo na ráfku. Samozřejmě po podepsání smlouvy nulová odezva ze strany bazaru ohledně opravy. Při prohlídce vozu bylo zjištěno že je vymontovaná rezerva a místo po ní úplně plné vody navíc zamrzlé na kost - reakce prodejce: "aha, asi tam zateklo a rezerva není povinná výbava" To že rezerva ani adekvátní náhrada opravné sady nebyla dodána nemusím ani zmiňovat. Doplnil jsem tedy za vlastní. Před podpisem smlouvy 22.12.2021 mi bylo sděleno, cituji "jakmile si sjednáte povinné, tak mi dejte vědět a já ukončím to které je platné v současnosti, máme pojištěnou celou flotilu" reagoval jsem že jsou svátky a zařídím to po novém roce. odpověď: "jistě žádný problém" Ale jak se ukázalo pojistka byla ukončena okamžitě jak jsem odjel takže vůz byl až do 3.1. nepojištěný na což mi přišla složenka od ČKP na úhradu za 12 dní za 1332 Kč Takže proto negativní recenze. A doporučení? VŠE CO VÁM ŘEKNOU SI NECHTE DÁT PÍSEMNĚ PODEPSAT !!!!! One star for saying the car is ok. minus 4 for negotiation and access. During the inspection of the car, it was found that the reserve was dismantled and the place after it, completely full of water, was also frozen to the bone - the seller's reaction: "aha, it probably leaked there and the reserve is not mandatory equipment" I don't even have to mention that neither the reserve nor the adequate replacement of the repair kit was delivered. So I added my own. Before signing the contract on December 22, 2021, I was told, I quote "as soon as you make the obligatory, let me know and I will end what is currently valid, we have insured the entire fleet" I responded that it is a holiday and I will arrange it after the new year. answer: "certainly no problem" But as it turned out the insurance was terminated as soon as I left so the car was up to 3.1. uninsured, which I received a receipt from ČKP for payment in 12 days for 1332 CZK So that's why negative reviews. And recommendations? LET YOU HAVE A SIGNATURE WRITTEN WRITTEN !!!!!

Po zkušební jízdě jsme nevěděli, jak se rozhodnout a po přečtení negativních recenzí na autobazar jsme chtěli další schůzku vzdát. Ale jednání ze strany autobazaru bylo více než vstřícné a druhý den nám zařídili prohlídku celého auta v jejich servisu, na naši žádost vyměnili olej a my auto koupili. Autem jsme absolvovali 350 km dlouhou cestu zpět domů bez jediné komplikace. Přepis proběhl bez problémů, zapomenutá servisní kniha dorazila poštou a my jsme nadmíru spokojení. Vyplatilo se nám nevěřit všemu, co je psáno na internetu v recenzích a důvěřovat vlastní intuici. Autobazar i servis doporučujeme. Ps: Autobazar není autosalon, tedy lze předpokládat náhodné závady. After the test drive, we didn't know how to decide, and after reading the negative reviews on the second-hand car dealership, we wanted to give up another meeting. But the dealings on the part of the second-hand car shop were more than helpful, and the next day they arranged for us to inspect the entire car at their service station, they changed the oil at our request and we bought the car. We completed a 350 km long drive back home without a single complication. The transcript went smoothly, the forgotten service book arrived in the mail and we are extremely satisfied. It paid off not to believe everything that is written on the Internet in reviews and to trust our own intuition. We recommend car and service. Ps: Autobazar is not a car showroom, so random defects can be expected.
