We had our Mini there for rear brake repairs and were very satisfied. The price and the performance are right. Particularly noteworthy is the good advice and the fair price. We'd love to come back.

I do not recommend. The oil + filter has been changed, the connections on the chassis have been tightened and the rear wiper motor has been replaced. Actions performed, however, the final cost and communication - a disaster. We agreed on a problem with the wiper during delivery car that it will be from 95% of motorcycles, which is the most common cause. The next day I called the situation and whether I could pick up the car, after which I got the answer that he still doesn't know what is wrong with the wiper, that the motorcycle looks fine, that they measured it and that it looks like a lever on the steering wheel. With the fact that I was told that they would measure in the afternoon - I don't know what they measured in everything, but given the price and time spent on such a primitive repair, it occurs to me that the whole car was measured completely. In the evening there was an SMS that it was finally a motorcycle, of course. Furthermore, the gentlemen like to shoot margins for the material, which are pleasant for them. More people have similar experiences in my area, I unfortunately learned them only after my own repair.

At the beginning of September last year, I brought my car to the B&T service center with a problem with the power steering. I was running out of oil and needed to be replaced. I remembered the refurbished part I had given them and all I had to do was replace it with the original servo and make the geometry. The action on their part was very welcoming, the deadline was short (+ only positive reviews on the Internet), so I was satisfied from the beginning. From approx. weeks to repair took two months and after a lot of nerves I left with the car in even worse condition than when I arrived. The supplied steering is said to be not exactly for this model and so they were not able to adjust the wheels. OK, it can happen. The refurbishment center delivered a second control, exactly according to the plans and photos of the original. Two weeks after delivery, BT finally embarked on a replacement, but again found that they could not 100% adjust the wheels. They blamed the steering rods, which are said to be of several types and must be delivered directly with the servo (they never heard of it in the repascentre). It was strange to me, but in the meantime I equipped the overhaul of the original steering, with which I came to them. Surprisingly, they could not even adjust it to the zero position and at the same time damaged the steering wheel rotation sensor. Since these "professionals" could not provide me with another solution and my nerves were already in a bucket, I took the car in November at my own risk (and without a functioning ESP + booster) to another service in Brno. In B&T car service, they were not ashamed to ask for approx. 12000 !!! crowns and without payment they did not want to hand over the car to me. In Brno, they repaired in 3 days what these fighters could not do for 2 months. Originally, I didn't even want to write a review here, but when I see that I'm not the only one, it didn't work out. I guess it will save someone time, money and unnecessary worries. I don't understand how anyone can give them 5 stars ?! With negative reviews, they can only think about the competition ...
