I was not even in the service station, the master managed to poison me by phone. The reluctance came from greeting, the estimated price was twice as many. They may have golden hands, but they won't sell them that way.

Either this place is a rose garden for cars or just an advertisement for good stars. I definitely like the experience of gentlemen who were not satisfied with this service. I decided to share here too. Personally, I experienced the acceptance of the customer by behavior a long time ago, I would say more peculiar. I call myself guys from cars ..ok. The conversation went on, you don't understand at all. The set bid is about 50% higher than I would expect. I felt like a jerk. In the end, in the middle of the negotiations, there was a huge exchange of views between the owner and the employee who was to manage my car. I went to hell

I left the car here for annual inspection and oil change. To the credit of the service, it was added that I was taken the day after ordering. It was agreed that they would call for any interventions beyond the annual inspection. They called for the need to replace the brake plates - even though three months before they told me in an authorized service when changing wheels that the plates still 10-15 thousand. km last, but they had already driven 90tis., so I prefer to exchange. Of course, it is hard to say who was right, I would rather trust an authorized service, but I did not want to risk the brakes. For what they did not bother to call at all was the replacement of candles (for 2500 CZK). The gentleman on the orders told me when paying that the candles should be changed according to the manufacturer's table after 50 thousand. km, which was nonsense, because the manual indicates after 100 thousand. km. Unfortunately, I found out later on at home from the manual. So the candles were exchanged for me by 10,000. km earlier than needed. Otherwise, their parts prices compared to e-shops more expensive about + 50 or more percent (candles, boards) - to throw as a half of the original price I find quite outrageous. They replaced the cabin and air filters without asking when they were last changed and whether there is a service interval already. The invoice was issued not know why in two parts, while the other stated as a client of another customer with the same surname, which I unfortunately found again at home. The overall impression, therefore, not much, personally next time I try elsewhere and certainly I will ensure that the service really does only what is required by the manufacturer's manual.

We have had our cars repaired by Mr. Dengler for several years and we are always satisfied. It has not happened to us in that long time that some of the proposed options have not been agreed. Cars are always ready by agreement. In terms of price, this car service is ideal. I recommend.

I wanted to replace the light bulb, or do a technical one. The tone they were talking to me was unimaginable. In addition, just to replace the bulb, they would keep the car for more than two days. In addition, the light bulb is accessible right after removing one cover per minute. The price for all this is also astronomical. And then I ask, when the action is lousy, the willingness is zero, the work time is artificially stretched for such expensive work. Why use this service at all? The only thing, like one of the few services, they don't have much work and they would take me right away, but I don't know if it's a plus or rather it reflects their "qualities". In summary, I wouldn't even breathe a reserve here.

I used their services today and I am very disappointed. They took me twice as much as they told me it would cost. The work is done quickly, all the plastics around the engine shake and make additional noises. Underneath the plastic crust are missing parts. When asked about the squeaking of the front shock absorbers when crossing unevenness or retarder, I was advised to replace the front shock absorbers, which are said to be in desolate condition with a budget of CZK 12,000, after inspecting the car. Another service was cleaned and lubricated and the car runs without a problem, price CZK 400k. Either the ignorance of Mr. Master or a demonstration of the honesty of this service ..
