Short version: What he had to fix did not fix, what he did not have broken. Longer version: I gave P. Dvořáček to repair the Octavia 2 with a knocking front axle, oil leak, non-functional air conditioning and several other minor defects. I did not receive a price estimate for the repair either after acceptance, nor after the diagnosis (which resulted in any other necessary repairs) or during the repairs after several of my emergencies. After about a month of work, I received a final invoice with a price at which it would not even pay to repair the car. Immediately upon receipt, I found out directly at the car repair shop after switching on the ignition that the brake light was on, which had not been lit before (the brakes had not even been repaired). I had to laugh at Mr. Dvořík's claim that it must have been on when the vehicle was handed over for service. I then repaired the light myself in the parking lot on the way home - I found out that when removing the front axle, the technician disconnected the sensor and did not reconnect it (uf). During the handover, Mr. Dvořáček explained to me that the air conditioning cannot be tried, as it is February and must be tried when it is hot outside (which is quite understandable). In May, at the first higher temperatures tested - the behavior is identical, so it did not work. After being accepted back for a complaint, Mr. Dvořáček just laughed at me for having to break during the four months of my operation and did not accept the complaint. So I fixed the brakes myself, the air conditioning still doesn't work and I just hope that the repaired front axle isn't made like a fuss.
