We said we would get it (since we didn't know how long it would take, we had them until the next day). I picked up the car because my friend couldn't, and on the way I found out that the LEFT window (which worked) didn't download us. It's my fault I didn't go back. Later there a friend called, and asked how it is possible and we do not have air conditioning answer "you are stupid" stopped us. The conversation calmed down in some way. When we ran out of new switches, we called back and the gentleman briefly told a friend that he no longer wanted such "cheeky" customers (I did not understand why) and after asking if we should fix it ourselves and just replace it, he did NOT know. Then he added that we didn't even ask if we owed him and that he rummaged in it for 2 hours. When picking up the car, I PERSONALLY asked face to face how much we owed us for the work.
