Teď stojíme už asi hodinu a tankuje se palivo navíc oznámili že jedou do servisu a že si ještě potřebuji sjet pro nějaký vozík. Nechápu ... B	Bára on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touhle společností jsme jeli do Chorvatska. Místo, aby společnost, nebo páni řidiči vybrali nejkratší možnou cestu, tak jsme objížděli tunely, nějakýma vesničkama. Jeli jsme více než 13 hodin. Řidič Milan, nás zpražil hned před nástupem, co to jako máme za kufry (kufr o standartní velikosti), kam to jako má dát. To přece není můj problém, že v zavazadlovém prostoru měl plážové stany, slunečníky a spoustu věcí, o kterých bylo psáno, že se nebudou přepravovat!! Řídil jako prase!! Brzda plyn!! Na dálnici, kolem 02:00 najel i do přikopy, kde začali bouchat kameny, ani se neomluvil, nevysětlil co způsobilo tuhle situaci. Celý autobus byl už samozřejmě na pozoru.... Neprofesionální chování, když nás v Chorvastku postupně nechali vystupovat na místech, kde jsme měli bý ubytovaní, na Bašce Vidě, nechal vystoupit rodinu na hlavní silnici, vytáhl jim kufry a řekl ať jdou rovně že to tam najdou. Já osobně jsem vystupovala někde na benzinové pumpě, udájně by se kolem naše penzionu nebyl schopný vytočit. ( během našeho pobytu jsme viděli projíždět desítky autobusů kolem našeho penzionu). Na úzkých silnicích, už v Chorvatsku, jel snad 100KM/h, a to jel stejným způsobem brzda plyn!! Co budu říkat, když jsem vylezla ven, byla jsem velice ráda, a modlila se, aby cestu zpět odřídil jiný tým řidičů. Ti byli super, jeli tak jak měli, a vše bylo v pořádku. Na přestávkach s cestujícími vtipkovali, a komunikovali. :) We went to Croatia with this company. Instead of choosing the shortest possible way for the company or the masters, we went through tunnels, some villages. We drove for over 13 hours. Driver Milan, got us right before the start, what do we have as suitcases (a suitcase of a standard size), where to put it. This is not my problem, because he had beach tents, parasols and a lot of things in his luggage compartment that were said not to be transported !! Driving like a pig !! Gas brake !! On the highway, around 2:00 pm, he ran into the ditch, where rocks began banging, and he did not apologize, did not explain what caused this situation. Of course, the whole bus was on the lookout. Unprofessional behavior, when they gradually let us perform in places where we were staying, in Baška Vida, let the family on the main road, pulled out their suitcases and told them to go straight there to find it. I personally performed at a gas station somewhere, it would not be able to dial around our pension. (during our stay we saw dozens of buses passing by our guesthouse). On narrow roads, already in Croatia, drove perhaps 100KM / h, and it drove the same gas brake !! What I'm going to say, when I got out, I was very happy, and prayed that another driver team would drive the way back. They were great, they drove as they should, and everything was fine. At breaks with passengers, they joked and communicated. :)
S	Sis Ascher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální jednání!!! Měli jsme zaplacené jízdenky do Alba Adriatica k bambinopoli. Nicméně pan řidič nám vyložil kufry v San Benedetu, a že si máme vystoupit, protože on má v papírech napsané, že nás má vyložit tam. Nehodlal se s námi o ničem bavit, ještě nám řekl, že ho zdržujeme. Místo toho, aby byl ochoten přiznat chybu na jejich straně, když já jsem měla v mailu jasně napsané, že mám jízdenky na určené místo, tak nasraně řekl, že se s námi nebude dohadovat a do té Alby nás odveze. Samozřejmě nás nedovezl přímo na místo určení, ale my byli rádi, že jsme se dostali alespoň do Alby. Řidič ani nepozdravil, zabouchl a odjel pryč. Kdybych si nevyřvala to, že z autobusu za žádnou cenu nevystoupim, tak nás tam nechají napospas osudu v cizím městě!!! Ale karma je zdarma, takže panu řidiči se to určitě jednou vrátí ;) PS: vůbec nás nezajímá, že jste dohádaní s Adria Vacanze, a možná proto jste nás odmítli do Alby zavézt ;) Catastrophic behavior !!! He wasn't going to talk to us about anything, he told us we were holding him back. Instead of being willing to admit a mistake on their part, when I had it clearly written in my e-mail that I had tickets to the designated place, he said angrily that he would not argue with us and take us to Alba. Of course he didn't take us directly to our destination, but we were glad that we at least got to Alba. The driver didn't even greet him, slammed and drove away. If I didn't say that I wouldn't get off the bus at any cost, they would leave us there at the mercy of fate in a foreign city !!! But the karma is free, so it will definitely come back to the driver one day;) PS: we don't care at all that you're arguing with Adria Vacanze, and maybe that's why you refused to take us to Alba;)
J	Jakub Pouchly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Využili jsme na jednodenní koupání v Chorvatsku s jejich CK české kormidlo. Vše na čas, domluva s CK i řidiči super. Čas strávený u moře 7.30-19.30 byl úplně ideální i na ranní procházku, koupačku a odpolední nákup. Především musím ocenit neskutečně plynulou, klidnou a bezpečnou jízdu řidičů Karla a Zdenka. Lehce negativní byl stav vozu, chápu že 2 patrová Setra je asi jejich nejstarší bus ale i tak... nahoře vepředu urvaný sedák, chybějící závěš, dlouhodobě nefunkční TV a mikrofon... ano, jsou to celkem prkotiny, ale člověk pak přemýšlí jestli se tímto způsobem starají i o zásadnější věci jako brzdy, pneu atd... We used a Czech rudder for a day of swimming in Croatia with their travel agency. Everything on time, agreement with TA and super drivers. The time spent by the sea from 7.30 to 19.30 was absolutely ideal for a morning walk, swimming and afternoon shopping. Above all, I must appreciate the incredibly smooth, calm and safe driving of drivers Karel and Zdenek. Slightly negative was the condition of the car, I understand that the 2-storey Setra is probably their oldest bus but still ... upstairs ripped seat, missing suspension, long-term non-functional TV and microphone ... yes, it's quite a mess, but then wonders if in this way they take care of more fundamental things like brakes, tires, etc ...
