V domluvenem intervalu 5 tydnu se neozvali, pak si potrebovali predavat info mezi kolegy a potom uz ani nezvedali telefon. Po 2,5 mesicich jsem nechala opravu na jine firme. I do not recommend. At the first contact everything was great. The technicians arrived the same day. Then they were waiting for spare parts. They did not answer in the agreed interval of 5 weeks, then they needed to sell info among colleagues and then they did not even answer the phone. After 2.5 months, I left the repair to another company.
k	koci jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejdriv vypadlo vsechno dobre, rano jsem zavolal, kolem obeda byli u nas. Zjistili zavadu a ze poptaji dily. Zvazovali jsme moznost predelani systemu od jineho vyrobce. Behem toho odpalili ovladavi jednotku u druhych vrat, zkasirovali vyjezd. Technici nepredali informace, na kterych jsme se domluvili, takze mi prisla uplne jina nabidka. Kdyz jsem poslal, co potrebuji prestali komunikovat. Nakonec jsem po 3 tydnech osobne dojel na firmu, aby mi vratili ovladaci jednotku, kterou odvezli. Takze diky, radsi s nekym jinym At first everything turned out well, I called in the morning, they were with us around lunch. They found a defect and asked for parts. We considered the possibility of redesigning the system from another manufacturer. During this time, the controls detonated the unit at the second gate, cashing out the exit. The technicians did not sell the information we agreed on, so I received a completely different offer. When I sent what I needed I stopped communicating. Eventually, after 3 weeks, I personally arrived at the company to return the control unit, which they took away. So thanks, I'd rather have someone else

Od té doby nekumunikují, ani přes urgence se neozvou, je to cca. tři měsíce. už jsem si to nechal opravit od jiné firmy, kde to bylo do týdne hotovo. Dissatisfied! I do not recommend. I ordered them to repair the door, they came and they have to order a spring for that. Since then, they do not communicate, despite the urgency they do not respond, it is approx. three months. I already had it repaired by another company, where it was done within a week.

Technik prijel, pricina zavady nebyla uplne jasna, takze slibil ze se ozvou s resenim. Skutecne do dvou dnu zavolali a nabidli reseni s postupnym odzkousenim dvou dilu, ve kterych by mohl byt problem a jasnou cenovou nabidkou (dokonce nabidli i sehnani starsiho modelu pohonu vrat, aby byla zachovana kompatibilita ovladacu a spinani osvetleni garaze - pohon nakonec nebyl potreba). Druhou navstevou technika vse vyreseno a zaplatil jsem skutecne jen levnejsi dil, ktery se vymenil. Za mne velka spokojenost i kdyz jsem si zpocatku myslel, ze reseni nedopadne. Klidne je vyuziji priste znovu. I ordered a visit to the service technician via the form on their website. They called within about 2 days and we planned a service deadline. The technician arrived, the cause of the problem was not entirely clear, so he promised to contact him with a solution. In fact, within two days, they called and offered a solution with a gradual test of the two parts in which there could be a problem and a clear price offer (they even offered to get an older door operator model to maintain operator compatibility and switch garage lighting - the operator was not needed in the end). The second visit to the technique solved everything and I really only paid for the cheaper part that was replaced. Great satisfaction for me, even though at first I thought the solution would not work out. I will use them again next time.

Na dohodnutý termín přijel technik. Ráno se podíval na manuál a odjel. Následující ráno přijel a řekl že má moc práce a že tomu nerozumí. Velké zklamání. The worst company I've ever experienced. You can't call first, so you have to come in person. You will then agree with the Lord on the spot. Everything seems to be fine. The technician arrived on the agreed date. In the morning he looked at the manual and left. The next morning, he arrived and said he was too busy and didn't understand. Big disappointment.
