Bohužel si nepamatuji jméno technika, nicméně bych chtěl touto cestou moc poděkovat za provedenou práci. Rychlost vyřízení, jednání i samotná kvalita provedené prohlídky opravdu skvělé!!! Sám prodejce vozidla mi říkal, že pan mechanik byl u vozu hodinu a půl! Takže za mě mohu službu doporučit všemi deseti!!! Ještě jednou moc děkuji a přeji spoustu spokojených zákazníků :-)

Technik se ozval ještě ten den , přebral si info kde se nachází vůz a další den vyrazil . Odpoledne jsem dostal podrobné informace o stavu vozu, až na malé škrábanečky kterých bych si ani já nevšiml, je v perfektním stavu. Jo holt technik má oko školené ? a na základě toho byl vůz zamluven v bazaru, bude převezen do bližší pobočky a zítra jdu vyzvednout toho krasavce. Moc děkuji za super přístup a kvalitní práci technika. Kdybych zas někdy kupoval auto , na 100% se obrátím na vás. Jste super firma ?

Auto opravdu kompletně pověřil, vše zkontroloval, vysvětlil i nějaké nejasnosti a ve finále vyjednal ještě slevu na vůz. Jednání profesionální, lidské, na úrovni a poprvé byl nákup vozu v bazaru bez stresu a příjemným zážitkem. Bez Vašich služeb již auto kupovat nebudu. Ještě jednou děkuji a doporučuji všemi deseti. Yesterday, I used the services of a vending machine for the first time when buying a car in a bazaar. I would like to thank Mr Mouček, who was assigned to me, for his work. He really commissioned the car, checked everything, explained some ambiguities and negotiated a discount on the car in the final. Acting professional, human, level and for the first time was buying a car in a bazaar without stress and a pleasant experience. I will no longer buy a car without your services. Musím říct, že po této zkušenosti bych si zaplatil vzdálenou prohlídku vozu, i kdyby byl autobazar přímo v místě bydliště. Po objednání mě servisák kontaktoval ještě tentýž den. Druhý den mi zavolal hned po kontrole auta a vše řádně vysvětlil. Věnoval se mi 45 minut. Od škrábanců na laku až po sjeté zadní brzdové destičky (domluvil s bazarem výměnu za nové). Já jsem si vůz rovnou rezervoval. Večer už byly veškeré zjištěné závady popsány na internetu i s fotkami a videem. Sám bych rozhodně na tolik věcí nepřišel. Po půl roce ježdění musím konstatovat, že se vše, na co mě upozornil, potvrdilo a auto jezdí bez problémů. I used the services of the Automato company due to the large distance between my residence and the second-hand car shop selling the car. I must say that after this experience, I would pay for a remote inspection of the car, even if the second-hand car was in the place of residence. After ordering, the service technician contacted me the same day. The next day he called me right after checking the car and explained everything properly. He spent 45 minutes with me. From scratches on the paint to the used rear brake pads (he arranged an exchange for new ones with the bazaar). I booked the car straight away. In the evening, all detected defects were described on the Internet with photos and video. I certainly wouldn't figure out so many things myself. After half a year of driving, I have to state that everything he pointed out to me has been confirmed and the car is driving without any problems.

Auto se mi líbilo už před jeho příjezdem, ale jsem ráda, že ho mám odborně zkontrolované a využití služby rozhodně nelituji a doporučila bych ji každému, kdo se v autech tolik nevyzná. Při současné ceně aut mi přijde cena této služby zanedbatelná a za tu jistotu to stojí. Everything went fine. The technician met my appointment on Sunday, arrived by appointment and spent a lot of time by the car. I liked the car before its arrival, but I am glad that I have it professionally checked and I definitely do not regret using the service and I would recommend it to anyone who does not know much about cars. With the current price of cars, the price of this service comes to me negligible and it is worth it.

Nakonec po asi dvou dnech rozmýšlení jsem si objednal službu vzdálená kontrola vozu a musím říčt, že naprosto super. Technik volal během chvíle, probrali jsme na jaké auto a kam se pojede podívat a druhý den jsem měl k dispozici perfektní přehled vyhlídnutého vozu, detailní fotky exteriéru, interiéru a video. Technik mimo nějaké drobné vady našel na autě ne úplně precizně opravený zadní nárazník. Díky tomu jsem pak byl schopen se s autobazarem domluvit na odpovídající slevě a ve finále se tato služba vlastně sama zaplatila. Auto jsem včera převzal a prozatím naprostá spokojenost, tak doufám, že vydrží. V bazaru mi sami říkali, že tam technik u auta strávil opravdu dost času a procházel ho důkladně. Dále mi nad rámec objednané služby technik sám poradil jak ideálně postupovat s prodejem stávajícího vozu, takže za mě opravdu služba na jedničku. The technician called within a while, we discussed which car and where to go, and the next day I had a perfect overview of the car, detailed photos of the exterior, interior and video. Apart from some minor defects, the technician found a not completely precisely repaired rear bumper on the car. Thanks to that, I was then able to agree on a corresponding discount with the second-hand car shop, and in the final, this service actually paid for itself. I took over the car yesterday and so far I am completely satisfied, so I hope it will last. At the bazaar, they told me that the technician at the car really spent a lot of time going through it. Furthermore, in addition to the ordered service, the technician himself advised me how to proceed ideally with the sale of the existing car, so for me the service is really number one.

Jsem naprosto nadšená z přístupu technika. Ochota odpovědět na všechny laické otázky, opravdu pečlivá kontrola vozu, příjemné a milé vystupování a nakonec i pomoc s vyjednáním slevy. Vůz jsem na základě informací koupila a jsem nad míru spokojená. Děkuji za Vás, jste skvělý! Pokud budu znovu kupovat auto, tak už jedině s Vámi. Rozhodně doporučuji všem. I'm absolutely thrilled with the technician's approach. Willingness to answer all lay questions, really careful inspection of the car, pleasant and nice demeanor and finally help with negotiating a discount. The technician arrived at the used car store and between the 2 cars we chose, he gave his opinion on which was better, which was absolutely correct. We drove the car around, testing all features, after that he took several pictures, and afterwards you get an email with an online report which can be downloaded. I recommend this great service so you feel more comfortable about buying an used car.
