★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má zkušenost s panem Urbanem byla velmi příjemná. V neděli po cestě z Třebíče do Olomouce nám začalo v pravém kole něco šramotit a zasekli jsme se ve Velké Bíteši. Nemohli jsme přijít na závadu a dostali na pana Urbana od kolemjdoucího číslo. Ten nám sice nemohl přímo pomoct, protože byl zrovna pryč, ale po telefonu nám dal mnoho cenných rad, byl velmi příjemný a ochotný a díky němu jsme mohli pokračovat dál v cestě.
 My experience with Mr. Urban was very pleasant. On Sunday, on the way from Třebíč to Olomouc, something started to rattle in the right round and we got stuck in Velká Bíteš. We couldn't figure out the problem and got Mr. Urban a number from a passerby. He couldn't help us directly, because he was just gone, but he gave us a lot of valuable advice over the phone, he was very nice and helpful, and thanks to him we were able to continue our journey.
