★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemozne se s nekym spojit ohledne objednavky na servis Mazda + bez odpovedi na online rezervacni formular. Slibi, ze zavolaji, ale zatim nikdo nevola. Alternativne jsem se objednal do Auto Balvin, kde objednavka na servis probehla behem 3 minut.
Cannot contact anyone regarding a Mazda + service order without replying to the online booking form. He promises to call, but no one has called yet. Alternatively, I booked to Auto Balvin, where the service order took place within 3 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určite doporučim Mazdu v Olomouci, v Brne katastrofa, komunikace velmi špatna, součastka na auto pry neni...3 mesice neni nikde v CZ nedovaži se...aha... auto sem vzal odvezl do Olomouce do Mazdy součastka dodana behem 2 dnu a během hodiny opraveno.
I will definitely recommend Mazda in Olomouc, disaster in Brno, communication is very bad, the part is not available for the car ... 3 months is not available anywhere in CZ ... aha ... and repaired within an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitsubishi servis: Zakaznik zde není důležitý... Neobjednavejte se, je to zbytečné, všichni příchozí bez objednání vás předběhnou a tudíž servis nestíhá. Dnes hodina čekání pouze na převzetí auta přestože jsme obkednani. To, že nestihnou garancku za 4 hodiny je zarážející, ale prostě vizitka tohoto esrvisu - Mitsubishi.
Mitsubishi service: The customer is not important here ... Do not order, it is unnecessary, all newcomers will overtake you without ordering and therefore the service will not catch up. Today an hour of waiting only to pick up the car even though we are surrounded. The fact that they won't make it in 4 hours is astonishing, but simply a business card of this service - Mitsubishi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po ignorování objednávky na svolávačku na mazda servis přes internet, jsem se rozhodnul zavolat. Poprvé mi byl hovor položen, hned po tom, co se pán představil. Už z hlasu ale bylo zřejmé, že ho jen obtěžuji Podruhé jsem se už ani nedovolal. Raději si zajdu jinam, kde nebudu mít pocit, že jen obtěžuji.
After ignoring an order to call a mazda service over the internet, I decided to call. The call was put to me for the first time, right after the master introduced himself. But it was already clear from my voice that I was just bothering him. For the second time, I didn't even call. I'd rather go somewhere where I don't feel like I'm just bothering.
