During the holidays last week, I only needed to rent a van for one day. It was a problem in the whole of Prague, they were either closed during the holidays or they wanted to rent a car only during the whole holidays. Or they didn't answer the phone at all to be sure. In Rentík, not only did they pick up my phone almost immediately, but they also immediately reserved a car of my choice for only one day during the holidays. Car and approach great. For me to number one !!!

Excellent agreement and fast negotiations. I needed to hurry a van in the afternoon to pick up furniture from Lutz. In Prague, they were the only ones who reacted quickly and offered a free car. It was older, but perfectly suited for my purpose. I recommend.

I needed to rent a more local car for a holiday in Italy. The car was offered to me by Opel Vivaro. We negotiated the price together so that both sides are satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman offered to insure the car for a trip abroad. Thank you :)

We have a very negative experience with this rental, unfortunately we cannot give 0 stars. At first everything was fine, quick and pleasant negotiations and reservations. The takeover of the car was done so that after signing the contract, depositing the deposit and payment for the rental we were told that the car is demolished and can not open the side doors, there are occasional problems with the turbo function and to reactivate the turbo just stop and shut the engine. We were informed that in the case of a patal we should call and get a replacement car or the situation somehow resolved the company. The car was dirty, musty, there was no mixture in the washers. After switching on the engine, all the lights were on. The company knew that the car would go all the way to Karlovy Vary, the highway. Turbo turned off right on the highway, where stopping is obviously risky. At that moment the car drove 70 km / h and slowed the transport not only of trucks. In the end we managed to stop at the turn and the turbo went for a while. This way about 5 times for a trip to Karlovy Vary. Unfortunately, on the way back, the turbo turned off right after the start and on the districts at a speed of 30 km / h and we built perhaps 50 times before fortunately we arrived in Prague in order. All the way, we called all 3 listed phone numbers (3 hours in a row) as instructed. Unfortunately, no one answered, called back, or sent an SMS, even the next morning before returning the car. So no help or information, which is absolutely irrelevant for us. What if something happened? After the car was handed over the next day and the complaint was submitted, we wanted a discount, but Mr. Lachout, who was not personally present at the company, did not want to return the money through the temporary worker. We pointed out the poor technical condition of the vehicle, but immediately after us lent the car again unfortunate. Cars were also returned by other customers who were also surprised by the bad technical condition - a broken belt, etc. After calling the Police of the Czech Republic we were told that the car can only stop in operation, which Mr. Lachout certainly knows, and therefore behaves very arrogant. This was more or less confirmed to us by the staff that it has treated and can walk in it. When he probably saw on the cameras that the police were really in his business, he called and told us that the thing wasn't throwing off the desk yet, and he would get in touch. It's been almost 2 weeks and he hasn't heard at all, let alone an apology. He benefits from knowing that when someone comes to pick up a van, he usually has no other choice but to take the car and hope he won't leave it somewhere. We who thought we were renting a car in good technical condition had a dangerous wreck. At the event for 8tis. we were driving in a highly unrepresentative and dangerous car. Maybe the Ford van is only suitable for moving around Prague for the transport of building materials, but the owner should pray that someone in his van is not killed. This could ultimately be a solution to the technical condition of the vehicle. Transmission Prague - Chodov.

The order was: a representative delivery of maxi / jumbo size, at 8:30 in the morning. The result was a medium-sized delivery, worse in appearance than a competing car wreck (but it's 750,), rotten fender and clearly disgusting inside and delivered at 9:30 ... Price 1500. Engine fault indicator light, parking brake inoperative, flue gas stink in the cabin, broken remote control locking ... Reserve inside the car. I don't strongly recommend that money!

Took us where we needed, the car is of course not a "fungalka", but it will stop its work - I chose especially with regard to size so that the delivery can accommodate everything, what i needed. This has been accomplished to the letter. However, I would not like to embark on longer routes with this car in the future, the occasional absence of turbo switching was solved by one short stop at the gas station - due to the age of the car it is probably expected, it is simply necessary not to push so much on these older cars The absence of a spare key to the car froze a bit (I took over with one broken (original) and the other non-original on the ring), especially at the moment when on the way to the D1 the spare key loosened and broke - unfortunately at that moment somehow ran out of keys of great luck that he broke so cleverly that it was possible to turn the ignition in some way and continue driving. Subsequently, in an envelope with documents from the vehicle, I found a handwritten note on the note "Beware of a broken key !!". Yes, I could notice when accepting the car, the owner (co) owner could warn, but it does not change the fact that consciously sending such a vehicle (or with such equipment) to travel across the Czech Republic borders on gambling and I am glad that it was not necessary to collect us anywhere. Either way, I definitely recommend the Rentík rental shop for short "pushes" around Prague, moving within the district, etc., the staff is very helpful and helpful, there is no problem with an individual agreement. Quite objectively - it would be worth thinking about the technical condition of some cars and their accessories, on the other hand, I very positively evaluate the overall approach and agreement. As I mentioned above - ideal for moving around Prague or in the vicinity, for longer routes it is probably appropriate to look elsewhere, or choose from the offer of this rental car in better technical condition. For the sake of completeness, I would like to add that my first experience with this rental company (November - Ford Transit L3H3, the same route 500 km total) was absolutely without a problem.

We used Rentík's services on recommendation. We needed the van very quickly. Everything was enough to take care of the phone on the way to the rental shop, and when we arrived, everything was ready. The vans are older, but they are perfectly suitable for the purpose of moving - cooperation and agreement are great. We recommend !!

We were lent a moving van with an absolutely non-functional handbrake, a semi-functioning clutch, but the master was nice when handing over. Upon return, we were charged for the dent, which was already in the car, and the gentleman treated us unfriendly and brazenly. If you do not want problems, I definitely do not recommend renting.
