Maxim (very nice guy) arrived on the dot outside our block of flats with the car & the car was clean & functional & ready to go. Unfortunately, someone crashed into the back of us around 30 minutes from Prague on our way home from Austria but we called OneTwoGo immediately &, after having called the police ourselves, they said they'd handle everything when they got the car back from us & had the police report for insurance purposes. We duly drove home to Prague &, sure enough, Maxim arrived on the dot again to pick up the car, checked over the police report, checked the mileage (or Kms) & other checks around the car & then informed me that we'd get the 10,000Kč deposit back within two or three days & that was it & he was off. Two days later, I received the deposit back into my account (minus the extra mileage we did which cost a lowly 5Kč per Km). Honestly one of the best car rental experiences I've had in my life. Everything was so easy from start to finish & everything was very open, honest & transparent. I'll definitely be using their services again, if/when necessary. Keep up the good work, guys!

I was very satisfied with the friendliness, proactivity and professionalism of Victor and his team. no matter the time (8:00pm) or day (sunday morning) the phone was always answered and the query was always solved positively. I will definitely use OneTwoGo for my next rental. Thank you Victor for this very positive experience.

S	Seyran Abgaryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the beginning this company didn’t seem to be very trustworthy, just because they don’t have a public office, it’s not like other rentals where you land at the airport, walk around looking for the office, waiting in the queue and you are not even sure what car you will be getting. This is a totally different experience and I absolutely loved it. You choose the car you want, the dates and just tell this guys where you want the car delivered at what time. It’s that simple, they bring you the car, the contract is filled up and signed at the moment, deposit and the payment is paid when signing the contract by card or cash whichever way you prefer and that’s it, the last day of the rental you just agree on the place where you want the car picked and you are done. As simple as that. The car was immaculate. The gentleman who brought the car, I think Mahas, sorry if I’m wrong, explained everything very well and was very professional. Thank you, will definitely use your service again when back to Prague!
