T	Tereza K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonu velice prijemny a ochotny, domluvili jsme si, ze se po sedme hodine zastavim. Osobni privitani, velke zklamani, s pocitem, co po ranu obtezuji. Cena za opravy, ktera mi byla nauctovana, odpovidala cenam autorizovaneho servisu, nicmene klientske sluzby nikoliv ( zejmena pristup, prostredi, osvetleni ceny). Pri otazce na konkretni ukon a cenu, mi bylo sdeleno, ze vsechno je na papire. Pri dotaz, ohledne ceny dilu, mi bylo sdeleno, ze pokud se mi nelibi, nauctuje mi tu opravdovou, co je na internetu ( autoservisy maji zpravidla individualni ceny ohledne dilu). Z jakeho duvodu nebyla ukazana opravdova faktura, za kterou zbozi bylo koupeno, pripadne obal, at je videt, co do auta slo? Z meho pohledu servis, ktery vyuziva neinformovanosti klientu a snazi se nadsadit cenu dilu i hodin prace. Nejsem stalou klientkou, takze tento pristup muze byt bez rizika aplikovan. I am not a regular client, so this approach can be applied without risk.

Podnikání je zřejmě založené na výměně dílů, které jsou kupovány za výhodně sjednané ceny, avšak zákazníkům účtované v plné výši. Na všem se předem domluvíme a cena nikdy nepřesáhne předběžnou cenu. Ba naopak, většinou byla nižší. Rychlost opravy, cena a přístup je perfektní. Mohu jen doporučit!!!!
