Jinde se to bohužel stávalo. Compared to other Škoda services, it has a perfect approach to the customer and a skilled mechanic. I go there regularly and I haven't had to complain about anything yet. Unfortunately, it happened elsewhere.

H	Honza Kolar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednání proběhlo velmi rychle na mnou požadovaný termín + zaslána i přesná kalkulace na cenu. Veškerý personál velmi příjemný. Při předání vozu znovu vyjasněn rozsah prací a znovu přijímací techničkou potvrzena stejná cena 3500 Kč. Bohužel při převzetí mi byla oznámena cena 5800 Kč. Zdůvodněno tím, že nevěděli při kalkulaci, co se bude provádět a také byl do auta použit jiný, výrazně dražší olej, než jsem požadoval. Nevím, asi jsem byl první, kdo po servisu požadoval v prvních 15.000 km servis, kde se mění pouze olej a filtr. Jak v poptávce, tak na zakázkovém listě bylo velmi jasně specifikováno, co se bude realizovat a jsem si jistý, že autorizovaný Škoda servis moc dobře ví, co je předepsaný servis od Škoda Auto. Nehledě na to, že se mi nikdo ze servisu neozval s tím, že by cena byla navýšena a bylo mi to oznámeno až při převzetí - toto je dle zákona nepřípustné (zákazník musí s navýšením ceny souhlasit a přípustná tolerance bez souhlasu je +10%). Proto jsem při převzetí vozu s cenou razantně nesouhlasil a trval na původní dohodnuté ceně. Po 30min. vyjednávání servis přiznal chybu a uhradil jsem pouze dohodnutou cenu. Mrzí mě to-věřil jsem, že jsem konečně našel servis, kde se vás nesnaží okrást, ale realita je jiná. Takže zde poprvé a naposled. When the car was handed over again the scope of work was clarified and the same price of CZK 3,500 confirmed again by the reception technician. Unfortunately, I was announced the price of 5800 CZK. The reason is that they did not know what was going to be done when calculating and also a different, significantly more expensive oil was used in the car than I wanted. I do not know, I was probably the first to ask for service in the first 15,000 km service, which only changes the oil and filter. Both the demand and the order sheet clearly specified what will be realized and I am sure that the authorized Škoda Service knows very well what is the prescribed service from Škoda Auto. Despite the fact that no one from the service department told me that the price would be increased and I was notified at takeover - this is not legally permissible (the customer must agree to the price increase and the allowable tolerance without consent is + 10%) . Therefore, when I took over the car strongly disagreed with the price and insisted on the original agreed price. After 30min. Negotiation service admitted an error and I paid only the agreed price. I'm sorry-I believed I finally found a service where he wasn't trying to rob you, but the reality was different. So here for the first and last time.

Super přístup. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update: navštěvuji servis 3 roky, pravidelné kontroly, výměna oleje, kapaliny, technická...vše naprosto v pořádku. Cena je vždy stejná, nebo lehce nižší dle úvodní nabídky. Komunikace skvělá. Very nice and helpful receptionist. He explained everything, recommended coffee, offered water and had a nice chat. The price is always the same or slightly lower according to the introductory offer. Great communication.
M	M P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji tento servis. Vrátili nám auto po výměně skla s velkým důlkem v prahu u řidiče a nechtějí se k tomu postavit čelem. Je jim hodně divné, když si člověk přebírá auto, že kolem něj chodí proč asi? Nejdříve chtějí podepsat v kanceláři převzetí vozidla a až poté si jdete převzít auto(proč asi ze?) Pí. Šeinerová, (pouze přebírající) má neprofesionální a arogantní jednání, a má tu drzost ze své pozice napsat email zákazníkovi, který ani vedoucí servisu nechápe a nedokáže vysvětlit. Už nikdy níže zmíněný servis! I absolutely do not recommend this service. They returned the car to us after replacing the glass with a large hole in the driver's doorstep, and they don't want to face it. It's very strange to them when you pick up a car that you walk past it, why? First they want to sign in the office to pick up the vehicle and only then you go to pick up the car (why probably from?) Pi. Šeinerová, (only the takeover) has unprofessional and arrogant behavior, and she has the audacity from her position to write an email to a customer who even the service manager does not understand and cannot explain. Never the service mentioned below!
