Nemůžu než sdílet negativní pocity z jednání se společností Eurobyty. Našli jsme na inzertním serveru krásný byt na Letné - fotografie byly z "identického bytu", ten inzerovaný byl v rekonstrukci, na místě byli zřejmě ještě dělníci a rozhodně nebyl ještě připravený na pronájem. Přesto nám byla do rozestavěného bytu nabídnuta prohlídka. Na inzerát jsme se ozvali mezi prvními a byli jsme ujištěni, že byt uvidíme jako první. Potom začala být komunikace zvláštní. Byl stanoven termín prohlídky na středu 9:30 a byli jsme vyzváni, abychom si s sebou rovnou vzali "Rezervační poplatek" - přes 20 tisíc Korun, abychom měli jistotu, že byt nevezme nikdo jiný než my. Na to jsme reagovali tím, že bychom tedy nejdříve rádi viděli smlouvu - to ale dle slov makléře nebylo možné, což nás zarazilo. Ale stejně jsme se těšili na prohlídku. Jenže, ve středu těsně před prohlídkou nám přišla SMS, že se moc omlouvají byt je už zarezervován - přestože nám bylo slíbeno, že do bytu půjdeme jako první. Takže nemůžeme doporučit.

I can only share the negative feelings of dealing with Eurobyty. We found a beautiful apartment in Letná on the advertising server - the photos were from an "identical apartment", the one advertised was under reconstruction, there were probably still workers on the site and it was definitely not ready for rent yet. Nevertheless, we were offered a tour of the apartment under construction. We were among the first to respond to the advertisement and we were assured that we would see the apartment first. Then the communication became strange. The inspection date was set for Wednesday at 9:30 and we were asked to take the "Reservation Fee" with us - over 20,000 crowns, to make sure that no one but us would take the apartment. We responded by saying that we would first like to see the contract - but according to the broker, that was not possible, which stopped us. But we were still looking forward to the tour. However, on Wednesday, just before the tour, we received an SMS that they are very sorry. The apartment is already booked - although we were promised that we would go to the apartment first. So we can't recommend.
