From a one-day repair, a week and a heap of expensive extra parts + work for a lot of money was due to one torn thread at the screw. I refused repair and other spare parts, the owner arrogantly returned my car with the fact that there finally gave me a new bolt, which they rolled somewhere in the workshop, so other expensive parts due to torn thread did not have to order ... super :-)

This service is a contractual service of Arval for insurance claims. I didn't know this service and didn't know what to expect (otherwise we drive to Porsche Smíchov), but the approach was absolutely perfect, incomparable with other Arval contract services in Brno. Here they are interested in orders and were able to repair the wrecked rear of the Octavia 4 in a very short time and start working on the order right away. They managed it well, quickly and at a great price (according to the calculation). As a bonus, you can look at interesting oldtimers before service (Ferrari from the 80s, Alfa Romeo or Mercedes "piano" :) W123). I definitely recommend.

I had an unexpected charging failure in Kurim, after a call they arrived in 20 minutes, interrupted lunch, took mobile diagnostics with them, arrived at the place, provided towing, and that day I drove home with a mobile car. I recommend Oršula car service 150% - I experienced professional service, solid and friendly dealings. In the 30 years I've been riding, the "altik" has "baked" me about 4 times, and it's always been in various services for days - until now I had no idea that it could be done so quickly. I appreciate the value provided at a fair price. In the Oršula service, I had the roof of the Mazda MX5 nb roadster changed. By appointment, they were willing to make the exchange within a day. During the exchange, they discussed the process with me and documented it. As a customer, I felt that the car was in experienced hands and I extended the order with anti-corrosion spraying of the chassis. I can support a very helpful approach with the fact that Oršula service provided me with a spare car free of charge at the time of the service. Communication is seamless, honest and with a friendly spirit. Despite the distance from my home, I will continue to use the service and, based on my experience, I recommend it not only for Mazda mx5 cars.

Autoservis Oršula pretends to be a decent service, where they will be happy to repair your car. At the very beginning, they rub honey around your mouth about the quality of service and speed. The first indication that everything will not be right is the length of the repair. The car was handed over on January 3, with the proviso that I have to call another week on Thursday. It was not a difficult repair, just a slight dents in the right door and painting the four parts and replacing the fender. After the call on the designated day, the owner informed me dryly that the car had not yet been repaired, and that my car had not crashed, and that I would receive an SMS that the car was repaired. He could have announced this fact from the very beginning, and I could have been spared his embarrassing excuses. In the end, the whole repair lasted for 3 weeks. Before taking over the car for repair, I took a picture of the tachometer and the range. When I was finally able to come for the car, the first thing that interested the service employee was the payment of CZK 5,000 for co-participation. The car in front of the Oršula service was delivered snow-covered, so in order to see the repaired parts of the car, I had to throw snow myself. The local pagan from the Oršula family clan just watched without trying to do anything, really level service. Another unpleasant surprise was that the car was handed over with a range of 441 km and was returned with a range of 398 km. The settings in the on-board computer have been changed and the car's heating has been set to 29 ° C instead of my 19 ° C. The owner obviously saves on heating service, so they made my car a direct heater for my money, hence the fuel consumption. They disconnected the on-board camera so that it stopped showing speed while driving. To this day, still non-functional. I solved the whole matter by complaint via email and the owner of the company did not even have the decency to answer. After the phone call, I made sure that the owner did not have any effort to solve the matter and could not even explain the fuel consumption or why the calculation of work states the adjustment of the headlights, which was not necessary at all during the repair. In conclusion, the fact was confirmed that these workers' professions are only interested in payment and the services provided are no longer worth much, by the way, Oršula offers payment only in cash. Anyone who would like to pay by credit card is unlucky. With an overpriced repair that cost over CZK 50,000, you will receive a damaged on-board camera and used fuel and zero decent behavior as a "bonus" ...
